We were waiting for 15 minutes standing just to be noted we started to order and then they went to the back when I was ready to pay just to be ignored and they told me to order online because "I can't keep telling you the prices for stuff" after I asked once for the price then they started to talk to the people next in line because "we're taking to long to order" completely unprofessional and I'll never come back to this location ever again

Got pizza for my family. My son and his girlfriend tried to get it in store but was by passed claimed they couldn't find what they were looking for then was told to just order it online, so I did. Not only did they make the delivery driver wait 30 minutes for it after they were informed it was ready to be delivered but when it got to my home the pizza was cold. We do not live that far away a 6 to maybe 10 minute drive away from that location. No a happy customer. Will never order from this location again. Service sucks and the employees not trained at all.

Also heard her complaining about a customer only tipping her a dollar plus other personal stuff that I didn’t care to hear. Seems as if the employees treat the place as a hangout. I do not recommend this place. Drive to the other Pizza Hut.

Ordered online 2 pepperoni pizzas 7$ deal. they messed up our order and didn't put pepperoni on the pizza and when we called to tell them they told us "You already left with the pizzas there's nothing we can do for you" Dominos at least owns up to their mistakes and remakes your pizza. pizza was also cold.

I know a few people who work here the other day I was told that the opening cook forgot to turn on the make table and they didn't find out until after 3 p.m. and the cook who noticed it was told Not to throw any of the food away so if you orderd pizza from there 2 days ago I would be worried

We waited 3 hours for our food. I ordered breadsticks, mozzarella sticks, and a medium pizza. My breadsticks weren't cut. And my mozzarella sticks are cold. Everything looks like it has been sitting for a while. Plus the woman on the phone lied and lied about where our order was deciding at the 2 hour mark that the door dash driver stole it. I ordered at 6:15pm and did not receive my order until around 9:30pm. I will never return to this location. I would rather drive than deal with the rude woman, and waiting forever.

This is absolutely one of the worst pizza huts in Albuquerque. In the past 6 months every single time that we have placed our orders rather than be online or over the phone they have almost always got something incorrect on the order. Just today October 8th, We called them placed our order at 5 PM. At 5:23pm we got a call back from the store location saying that they could not accept our card payment that they needed cash instead. We reviewed our bank account and it showed that they had already charged our card. We called them back and they claimed that we hadn't even placed an order yet. We got hung up on. So we call back again and keeps giving us to Indonesia for a call transfer center. So we finally got back in contact with the store we were ordering from and they kept hanging up on us. This is all while we were trying to cancel the order and make sure that we get some sort of confirmation on our refund so we don't have to fight with Pizza Hut to give us our damn money back. I do not recommend the store they have a bunch of young kids working here who have absolutely no respect and don't give a crap if they mess anything up.update 2nd. One pizza for 40.00. Pineapple ham pepperoni olives. Horrible, not double at all. I asked for extra everything. I got a normal pizza that barely had any sauce. Not even close to worth the value.
