When I ordered here, it sent me a saying that DoorDash was on her way, and I didn’t know before that I would have to pay her because it was on her end that I didn’t pay for the food and say that it’s gonna charge me another fee for the DoorDash delivery person I wish I knew beforehand that it would’ve charged me an extra 50 it just for the DoorDash delivery person on top of that the DoorDash took my food and proceeded to go back to Pizza Hut and deliver it back because I still owed the money to her I asked for them to give me a refund my kids ended up hungry and had to place a different order to somewhere else I still am waiting on my refund it’s been more than a week the manger was very rude to worst place ever😒

The manager of this location is very unprofessional to say the least. Apparently, Pizza Hut uses door dash as a third party company for delivery when they are short on drivers, which I was unaware of when I placed my order. After duplicate charges were processed, I was told this was a personal problem and that I should get a new bank if I was so concerned about getting a refund for $36, that was charged twice. Jonathan, who was the manager I spoke to, took zero initiative to correct the issue. Jonathan even went as low as threatening, insulting and using vulgar language towards me after having to physically go to the store to address this issue. Gratefully door dash was able to provide me with the necessary information to dispute these charges with my bank. I would highly advise against ordering from this location as there is clearly no standard for the employees they hire and no concern for customer satisfaction.

I came to buy some pizza and when I was going to pay I noticed a spider on the window and notified the cashier he began flinging the window open hard in my direction. So I left the spider could have flown on me it was very rude. I will never return.

We have ordered from this facility multiple times and almost every single time. They have messed up our order ,substituted stuff without talking to us and still we ordered from them Because this is the only Pizza Hut that are deliver to us. But we have decided not to order from this Pizza Hut anymore. I highly suggest you do not as well. It is a horrible poorly managed Pizza Hut.

40 dollas for dry pizza that has no to little sauce and cheese that’s looks like it’s been sitting out for hours , spending all that money on bad food and it’s upsetting and there’s not that many locations and I get this type of quality plus when I tried to call to fix it no one picked up the phone.

I haven't ordered for over a year and I still received a burned pizza with hardly any cheese. So disappointed!! I wish I could order delivery from another location! Back to Dion's
