Ordered my pizza at 6:30 and was told it would get here at 7:30. I did not get it until 8:10. than when I called to see where the food is at they would take forever to answer their phone and when they finally answered they kept putting us on hold over and over again. Felt like it was being done deliberately to push us away. Horrible service.

I placed my order through the app, waited 15 minutes, and went to the pickup window. I rang the bell and nobody helped me. They always keep the main door locked, and I don’t understand how they take orders at the counter. Inside the store there were three people, and none of them attended to me. A man came out from somewhere, saw me, and didn’t help or even ask what I needed. He went to the counter, grabbed a cupcake, and started eating it. I rang the bell again—about five times—and only then did someone come out to ask what I needed. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered 2 large pizzas just cheese ( hand tossed ), an order of bread sticks and a 2 liter of pepsi. I didn't get the 2 liter of pepsi and the pizza was thin crust.

Tried to say I didn't order there after I paid on line for me to go check other pizza huts for it Then I asked if he could call and check he stated he didn't have a phone SMH yeah right Anyway went to get my phone and clearly I showed them it was ordered there and confirmed with receipt Other guy come over and says how can we help you blah blah blah and I explain he's like o your the big order yeah duh trying to keep my stuff for when you get off POS bad experience

Employees are very rude to customers! Was not allowed to place an order after standing outside in the cold for 15 minutes, take out window was slammed in my face two with no acknowledgment. I understand they are busy but no excuse for rudeness. Unprofessional customer service. I highly recommend you NOT order from this location.
