I decided to come to popeyes to try the chicken sandwich everyone raves about and BOY was it delicious! I understand now why people worship this sandwich like a god. Drive thru lady was nice too. great experience will definitely come back 10/10 popeyes
This is the best Popeyes in NM. I drive 20 minutes to come to this location because the food is always hot and fresh. The biscuits aren’t hard like the other Popeyes. The people here are nicer than the other Popeyes too. Great location for some fried chicken

This particular Popeyes was once a great place to eat nowadays it's been really bad the Man at the drive thru treated my wife and I with poor service I don't know if it's because I used coupons how ever I do not recommend anyone else to eat here and get the same service I don't recommend this Popeye's any longer try the one on San Mateo Blvd they seem to be more professional and they always serve fresh good chicken. I do ratings and reviews for different companies and businesses throughout the albuquerque, Rio rancho, Los lunas areas, to help people make a better choice of what they want to spend their money on.Thank you. Ever since Popeyes was sold to Restaurant Brands International, The quality of the chicken and the preparation of the food service has steadily gone downhill in a surprisingly and unexpected way!I have tried to forgive and forget, on more one occasion, but I keep getting the same results! "Terrible Food". My only other consolation, Is that I once enjoyed fried chicken the way I loved it for so many years! And the way I believe the original founder mean't it to be!So long Popeyes!I have since canceled my rewards account!

My wife ordered me Popeyes I added extra dipping sauces on there instead, I get an order with no dipping sauces, and nothing to dip my chicken in horrible service. I don’t suggest going here I will not be returning. I suggest that Management address this issue.This person should be giving a verbal warning because it is part of their job to put dipping sauces in the back

I’m a regular at this Popeyes location and I absolutely love coming here. I am always greeted once I step in through the door. Employees seem to stay on top of their cleanliness because I hardly ever see the lobby dirty, no dirty tables, counters, or trays. Even when it does seem to be a bit dirty, employees are already getting ready to clean it. A face I’ve gotten familiar with is the manager, Nayeli. She seems to be here at all times of day and I love her friendly smile and her customer service. She is patient with my old soul and always recommends the best of the best! On feb 13, 2024 approximately 8 pm . I received my order from Popeyes chicken at 10074 Coors blvd. I ordered 2 six piece wings and a two piece meal . This is my order of 6 piece parmesan wings. I called the store numerous of times but the phone is purposely off the hook giving a busy sound. I have notified Uber eats which is absolutely unacceptable and terrible. I will not use their service again, nor will I eat at Popeyes again. I hope I do not get sick. This is the SECOND TIME my food has been raw or cooked in burnt disgusting grease . This is inappropriate and unacceptable.
