Excellent coffee and stroopwafels. Great environment to remote work. Friendly cool staff. I love it !!
Awesome coffee & great assortment of teas! A little pricey but worth it!
Delicious and very pretty latte
My buddy and I ended up going to Prismatic Coffee because the coffee shop next to our hotel was closed, and I'm so glad! It's a very clean third-wave coffee shop with a bright and modern atmosphere, and stellar coffee. Not only was Sasha, our barista, friendly and very fun to talk to, she also knows her coffee, and makes a top notch pourover with ease. I visited some other third-wave coffee shops this week between here and Washington State, and this is the best pourover I've had so far. I'm sad we were on our way out of the city because Sasha gave us some sweet recommendations for things to do tonight. It's people like her who make me want to stay awhile and explore the city. Best wishes to you, Sasha, and I'll do my best to stop by again next time I pass through Albuquerque!
Friendly staff. Fresh ingredients. Flavorful, bold coffee.

Surprisingly fantastic. ABQ seems to have been a late bloomer in the third wave scene, but this place was well worth the wait. Best coffee along I-40 between Los Angeles and Oklahoma City.
On a road trip from Denver to Phoenix. This craft coffee is close to the highway and completely worth the short detour for those who appreciate high quality beans with an artful experience. If you want a sugary drink to fit the mold of a franchise, look elsewhere. When I look for a coffee, I want fresh, single origin beans, roasted to enhance the flavor profile. Prismatic Coffee did not disappoint, and I’ll be back next time we are in the area.
Great environment to learn about quality coffee. Roasting onsite and very transparent process. Everyone seemed very passionate. Worth upping your coffee game and learning something from this team of experts. Possibly the best coffee I have ever tasted.
Prismatic takes coffee seriously, roasting their beans in house for their coffee and other establishments around town. They've got a chill cafe, with some light snack options and obviously coffee, with monthly specials too (and I've been told, a secret menu). I tried the s'mortado, a play on a cortado with a s'mores, and enjoyed it. The stroopwaffels are huge, crispy on the outside and tender inside, as they should be
Amazing coffee .. love the cortado ;-)
