It's 9:00 and the door was locked, no one around. There's what looks like a doorbell, so I pressed that and stood around for a while. Eventually I saw two guys emerge from the back, kind of disheveled. The man who opened the door quickly said that there were some "bugs" in the other room that they had to fix, and they locked the door so that no one would come in and take anything. Also there was no coffee ready, no espresso machine because that broke... I left. This place is beyond sketchy. I have no clue how it has a high rating, but I would avoid this location like the plague.

Knowing we had serious coffee addicts coming in town for Balloon Fiesta, I researched and found Prosum to be my top pick to show off the best of Albuquerque's coffee scene. My bad, we headed out Sunday morning before realizing they weren't open weekends. So Monday morning we went back over around 11.... and no one was there! The door was open, lights off, and not a sign of life. Weird. My daughter in law knocked on a hallway door to ask if they were open and a voice answered, "No". Monday. 11:00 am. Fiesta week. ??? This is not good business practice to advertise you're open but not be open. Not so much as a sign in the window. With so many good roasters here, I'm not sure if I'll be back and that's a bummer because I so wanted to like them.

Thank you for world class coffee, service, and place recommendations for some travelers looking for activities. Some of the best cold brew I made came from the Espresso roast this place offers. Definitely will be back for more.

Swung by Prosum Roasters on my morning walk, and was not disappointed; the coffee is fantastic. A very small roasting company (I think that's "Boutique" in the lingo), they have a tiny coffee shop in the front of their business. They have many blends to choose from for their pour-over offering, or a couple different roasts readymade. You can get your beans in a reusable jar now, and with luck, they'll have just finished a roast so it's literally fresh-roasted and fresh-ground (if you don't choose to do it yourself). If you like the coffee at Humble Coffee company, or at Tia Betty B's Waffleteria, come get it from the source!

I LOVED this business! We were on our last day in Albuquerque and stopped in for coffee. Delicious! Large menu, fair prices and the owner is fabulous! She was super nice, knowledgeable of coffee and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend...wish she had a shop in Chicago also!
This place is great! I tried their chai latte. It was delicious! They were very open to different opinions and let me try different blends of chai that they had on hand. The staff are so knowledgeable and nice! There's no stress in ordering and the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. If you want to try different types of coffee or teas at a great price, give this place a try.

Good coffee and incredibly friendly people. I know most of their business is retail, but I was disappointed that they had no brewed dark roast available. I got one of the medium roasts they had and it was good but not my cup of tea, so to speak. ;) This would've definitely been 5 stars if there had been a dark roast as objectively good as the medium roast.
