was my first time here had one of the best ribeye steaks I’ve ever eaten amazing.

My wife's glass of red had baby cockroaches in it.

Don’t be fooled. This isn’t the Rancher’s Club. The Lounge still has all the cocktail seating; low chairs and tables. Not conducive to dining. The poor bartenders are also servers and didn’t really know much about the offerings. What we thought was a lounge menu was the complete menu; 3 starters, 4 entrees and 2 desserts. The wine list had about 8 bottles, that’s it. Sorry to say, if you expect The Rancher’s Club, don’t go.

The lower rating is due to the confusion with the reservation. Ranchers Club restaurant is NOT open for business or taking reservations. We were looking forward to a nice steak dinner prior to the live entertainment they had arranged for the evening. When we arrived, we sat and dined in the Ranchers Club Lounge, which was having a “soft-reopening”. The place is beautiful. Service was great considering there was only one person working. They are still working out the kinks for their reopening and are struggling to find good/reliable employees (just like everywhere else these days). The drinks were great, food was delicious, and entertainment was awesome. Hopefully, this is a good start leading them to reopening the Lounge and then eventually the entire restaurant.

This place is not what it once was.

Google said opened, but it was only "cantina" menu, and the "cantina" menu was not what the website said. The food was very sub par and the sandwich brought out did not even match what their severely toned down menu said. Think bad bar food.

The veggie sandwich was supposed to have a salad on it, did not, and when I mentioned this, the waitress gave me attitude.

Got a really gross spinach artichoke dip that I sent back. The wait staff was eating it in the back. They did refund me at least for that.

Bar I would not trust to make a cocktail. I was not offered a drink menu. I asked for one, and was told to look at the beer taps.

So disappointed but it had been years.

After making my reservation and you having me verify by text and email several times, my wife and I got dressed up per your dress code. To take her to a special mothers day dinner, only to arrive and find the restaurant closed. I asked 2 hotel employees outside the locked restaurant doors, at a bar. As to why it was closed and they thought it was funny. WOW you suck.

OpenTable made me a reservation for a a restaurant that was not open or had not been open for some time. They were hoping to be reopened the week after my reservation. I have been trusting OpenTable for my reservations for years, but trusting you for my wife's special day with a restaurant reservation at a closed facility is entirely UNEXCEPTABLE! We ended up eating at Sonic Drive-in since it is nearly impossible to go to another nice restaurant at that time at night. Your QA system is broke along with my trust of your company. I am through using OpenTable!

Been closed since covid

Our family and friend celebrated Thanksgiving Day meal at the Rancher's Club. From arrival to departure the whole experience from personnel, drinks, meal, appearance, etc. was outstanding! We will be back and look forward to Rancher's Club opening back up full time.

The lobster appetizer was delicious. I appreciated the manager's checking in with us about how things were going. He mentioned that the service staff was new, and that's not surprising since they just reopened. It was so nice to be back at the Rancher's Club - a family tradition for us. We hope to be back soon.
