Again all their draft beers don't work and they are out of half the bottle brands. Management here is terrible. Our server, Estrella was very nice, no issues.

Came to Red Robin and waited for 20 minutes and no one came and greeted us for our drinks. It was not even busy. So we walked out! The service is bad here.
I was waiting for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. There were a few female employees looking at me, in my direction, and probably passed me at the other people waiting and did nothing. Someone from inside the kitchen looked to be doing something else, and I imagine if we didn't make eye contact that she wouldn't have said anything either. Maybe it was a slow night, but that shouldn't get in the way of customer service.

After two disappointing visits to Red Robin I'm done with them. I'm tired of being ignored by waitresses who are too busy talking to each other rather, than serving you. And when you do get one to come over, theis attitude is unfriendly. I'm tired of having to ask for silverware! Also very tired of the bottomless wait time for the bottomless fries! They take so long, I finally had to ask them if they forgot to order them or not. So then they go back to find it, bring them out, but it took so long, I'm already done wiht the rest of my meal. Also, the burger was way too salty. Not going back for a 3rd bad experience.

The music here was really good, the atmosphere was nice, The waiter was AMAZING! She took extreamely good care of us was super nice all the food was amazing, the only thing is they forgot the mustard on my uncles burger, apart from that everything was good and pretty quick.

This has been one of the best meal experiences of my life. Everything was very nice from the moment we walked in and very friendly. The place was amazingly clean and the food was fast and very very good. Me and my husband are very grateful for everyone including Gloria and many others.

The service and the food and the entire experience was wonderful!! Lisa had a great attitude, provided great service, and always had a smile on her face. Sean the manager also brought us a sample of fries to try as this was our first time there.

We had dinner here at the Cottonwood location. It was such a a great experience. The food was divine and the service was top notch. Devyn kept checking on us. Absolutely would recommend it!
