Mobile order came out perfectly. The double deal is the best deal in town, especially with extra fries 👌

Good quality for what we got. I'm sorry we don't have pics to share. We went for Sandia Vista Elementary School fundraiser.

Very disappointing experience at Red Robin last night.
Our gymnastics team has a long-standing tradition of going to Red Robin after competitions, and we have visited this location in the past without any issues accommodating a larger group later in the evening. We arrived around 9:10 PM and were told we could not be seated because the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM. While we understand that seating a large group close to closing time can be inconvenient, the situation was handled very poorly.
First we were told there was not enough room for our group, then we were told there was not enough staff. The explanation kept changing. The hostess was rude when speaking with our group, and when we asked to speak with a manager, he initially stayed in the back rather than addressing the situation. When he finally came out, his demeanor felt dismissive and unprofessional, including rolling his eyes while speaking to us.
They eventually agreed to seat part of our group, but half of our group had already left. Another family from our team arrived shortly afterward and was seated without any problem because they were a group of four. It showed that accommodations could have been made by seating us at separate tables, but no one seemed willing to work with us or consider any suggestions.
The group that stayed did enjoy their time — the food was good and their server treated them with kindness and respect, which they appreciated. Unfortunately, it was still disappointing that half of our team didn’t get to be part of the tradition with them.
We travel to Albuquerque twice a year for competitions and have always had positive experiences at this Red Robin in the past, which made this especially disappointing. I hope management reviews what happened and works to ensure guests are treated with professionalism and respect in the future, especially youth groups.

I order well done burgers and half the time they come back pink. I'll wait the extra few minutes, just do the burger right. They've also changed their fry oil to an inferior product leaving them looking perpetually greasy.

What the heck is up with the drinks being almost $5 for delivery but it is tiny?
The new home of the $18.00 burger?? The menu has been changed and the corner cutting is very apparent. Side salads that were included at no charge as a standard side are now $2.99 EXTRA. very few customers at lunch time, I guess others see the changes also. Bubba's 33 on the other end of the mall area, has much better burgers and sides. Much better Pizza's also

Again all their draft beers don't work and they are out of half the bottle brands. Management here is terrible. Our server, Estrella was very nice, no issues.

Had a wonderful server for our table of 6. Drinks were always full and plenty of fries to eat.

Came to Red Robin and waited for 20 minutes and no one came and greeted us for our drinks. It was not even busy. So we walked out! The service is bad here.
I was waiting for quite some time before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. There were a few female employees looking at me, in my direction, and probably passed me at the other people waiting and did nothing. Someone from inside the kitchen looked to be doing something else, and I imagine if we didn't make eye contact that she wouldn't have said anything either. Maybe it was a slow night, but that shouldn't get in the way of customer service.

After two disappointing visits to Red Robin I'm done with them. I'm tired of being ignored by waitresses who are too busy talking to each other rather, than serving you. And when you do get one to come over, theis attitude is unfriendly. I'm tired of having to ask for silverware! Also very tired of the bottomless wait time for the bottomless fries! They take so long, I finally had to ask them if they forgot to order them or not. So then they go back to find it, bring them out, but it took so long, I'm already done wiht the rest of my meal. Also, the burger was way too salty. Not going back for a 3rd bad experience.
