Holy cow! We tried the caramel cider at the Manzano Apple Festival and it is outrageously good. Sweet without being overly so, and the foam made it feel like I was in a whimsical story. Excellent cider!

We just stopped at Rock Canyon Cider and what a treat it was!!! The Lavender Lemon cider was off the charts! Their other offerings were all distinctive! The staff could not have been friendlier! Leroy and Ian are the brewers

We came in and sampled each of the 4 ciders on tap. They were all amazing!My favorites were the Prickly Pear and the Lavender Lemon, but I'd recommend all 4. If you like cider and you're in the area, you should definitely stop by.We've sampled hundreds of ciders, and these are absolutely top-notch.
