Subway, located in the middle east mountain area, is a convenient "fast food" option for locals in Tijeras, Cedar Crest, and Sandia Park. The staff prepares sandwiches quickly and accurately, while also offering vegetarian options. They are pleasant and helpful, making it a kid-friendly environment. The service and food quality have generally been praised, with one customer describing their B.M.T. footlong as "picture perfect." Employees have also been commended for their handling of a computer problem, quickly resolving the issue and providing a gracious solution for the affected customers. The Tijeras store is always clean, and the workers are friendly. Despite a slight indoor air quality issue mentioned by one customer, Subway continues to offer good sandwiches and fast service for those seeking a convenient "fast food" option.
