It was all breadI asked for 50% more on the blt bacon and got a few pathetic pieces of bacon on a BLT and almost no tuna on the other In the special instructions I said toasted and they were not. Does this look like $20 worth of food here? Absolutely disappointed…you better not do a to go order here and watch them make it

Pretty sure the staff member was vaping inside when we walked in. Not rude just not friendly during order process. A Simple how is your night going? The sandwiches were made correctly and quickly. Parking is just a door ding guaranteed scenario unless you drive a small vehicle.Parking: Small spaces, and few to pick from.

This is the only "fast food" restaurant in the middle east mountain area. If you live in Tijeras, Cedar Crest, or Sandia Park, you have to drive to ABQ or edgewood for a quick meal. We eat here on occasion and it's always good!

I see a sign behind the counter that says "cell phone use prohibited while on shift" this is a big red flag that tells me the management here doesn't appreciate their employees, and they could probably be treated better. People have lives outside of work and this sometimes requires a phone call or a text. if this is how you treat your employees then I'll avoid coming here. The food is good and the staff is always friendly!

So I got to this subway at 8 45 pm and asked if they can make me a sandwich and they said that they closed everything down at 8:45 pm and they said that thier manager needed them out at exactly 9 pm but if they cannot make me a sandwich at 8 45pm and thier website said that they close at 9 pm that is false advertising. Also two people came in after me and the subway workers told them to leave. I'd expect more from subway and they are losing customers.

Not the best subway Ive been to, messed up my sandwich and all she goes is "do you want me to scrap it off?" Seriously have never not left a tip at a subway til now, smh. So disgusted I dont even want my sub now, thanks for another 15 bucks fown the drain, just horrible service skills, period.Honestly after reading other comments and seeing that the owner/manager/ anybody to do with this subway hasnt bothered to post a response for the positive or negative reviews, how much can they really care, and that gets passed down for the top to the bottom rung employees, starts to make sense.

DON'T go here if you want safe food.The employees put gloves on, handle food, handle cash and go back to touching food. ALL WITH THE SAME gloves on.I just too ASK him to change his gloves before contaminating the vegetables he was about to put on my sandwich.After I paid and left, I realized the meat he touched with the contaminated gloves was the meat used for all the sandwiches. So nothing in the restaurant is safe to eat.I can't believe that with all of the education of safe food handling don't 2009 food handlers are supposed to be trained by law. And since 2019 they are supposed to go through a course on food handling safety.It appears Subway doesn't have to follow the laws.
I agree with the comment about inhospitable employees. Also purchased 2 six inch subs. The white bread was so dry and hard I could not eat them. The bread should have been croutons probably the day before. Needless to say both were on the same bread. Pulled my dentures out trying to bite and rip ...
