I am a HUGE foodie and chicken is my birthmark! This chicken is absolutely AMAZING! This chicken is flavorful and juicy! The sauces provided were (excuse my lack of better words) BUSSIN!!! The guy that took our order "Uziah" was very friendly and was able to explain the local favs (as me and my wife are from Texas and had no idea what to order) and he didn't miss with his recommendations. If you are ever in Albuquerque make sure you check this spot out.

Hands down, the best chicken I’ve ever had! I came in yesterday with my family to explore the market and passed by roti nm. Not only did the little space they had catch my eye but the employees were super friendly! I had ordered the family meal and let me tell y’all, I was stunned to see the great presentation of the food. It became even better when me and my family began to eat. Again, best chicken ever! Definitely coming back and definitely recommend.Kid-friendliness: My little ones got stickers. Very memorable.

Stopped in to get a sandwich and everyone kept their back to us for several minutes. The girl in the back had her phone on the food counter and kept messing with it and then going back to the food. We decided to just leave without getting anything.

This chicken is seriously delicious BUT it's also waaay overpriced! Rotisserie chicken is not hard to replicate y'all! The price should be lower. Also please provide utensils that can't actually cut thru your chicken ?♂️??

Bomb. Ass. Chicken. Not only does it look good, but it tastes delicious! Flavorful, juicy, and large quantities! If you're at Sawmill you MUST order your group a bird...or...order it for yourself. No judgement here. Be sure to swing by and try this chicken. Definitely crave worthy.

This has to have been the most succulent rotisserie chicken I've ever beheld. I got the quarter chicken with traditional seasoning, all the fixins, and the thai bbq as my sauce of choice.As I mentioned, the chicken was joosy af. It was perfectly so that it was just it's most chicken-y self. Simplicity done excellently. The accompanying flatbread and pickled veg were delicious. My primary qualms are with the plating - the bone-in chicken was on top of the flatbread so you had to like, take it apart just to start eating- and my sauce selection. I think the kale chimichurri or the adobo chili oil would have done that much to enhance that roasted chicken flavor.

Saw this place on Instagram and had to come in and give it a shot. The whole complex is fantastic but the chicken here is probably my favorite thing. I got the quarter chicken and the half chicken on my two different times visiting. The oil and herb seasoning that they put on there is incredible, the lightly pickled vegetables were a nice contrast to the flavor of the chicken itself. The chicken was moist and the skin was easy to eat and rather herbaceous. The service was pretty standard with no issues, nothing particularly above and beyond but also nothing to complain about. I would definitely come back here again and I have already recommended it to three other people.Parking: It's slightly difficult to get parking, it is rather packed but we have found some form of street parking almost every time.

Mediocre chicken at best with an astronomical price tag! Chicken was seasoned well but quite dry. Overall paid $23 for a quarter chicken, some fries and a pretty good salad. Seriously cannot believe the price tag.
