Hiro Sushi inside the Sawmill Market was absolutely delicious! My wife and oldest daughter ate here and they completely loved it.
They ordered the California roll and the New Mexico roll. While they said the California roll was a classic, typical California roll executed well, the New Mexico roll was the absolute star of the show. The combination of the green chile paired with their special Hero sauce made it incredibly great and unique!

Sushi place in sawmill market w traditional sush rolls, miso soup and more. Fresh sushi I’m a very creative presentation of dragon roll!
Ordered the spicy tuna and nigiri—both were delicious. The fish was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly fresh for an inland spot in ABQ. Would definitely recommend.
