Ordered 8 bowls online for my coworkers at 830am. Website said they would be ready at 8:51. Went over to pickup the order and the employee was extremely rude and annoyed by our “huge order” he suggested we cater next time. As I was waiting for him to complete the order, he would stop making my order each time a customer came in to order. I would sit and watch him make their bowl while Still not completing ours. We use to love ordering g from this place hit after today we will go to another one. Apparently spending a lot of money at this place annoys the employee that has to work. We were not in a hurry and would have showed up whenever the online said to. Some of the bowls were a little Melted by the time we got them (it had been almost 45 mins since the time it said). The melted wasn’t a problem, the attitude of the employee was. I’m not sure his name but he had black finger nails. I how this helps the owner know how people are treated when they aren’t there.

I found this place by accident and I’m glad I did. Exceptionally good açaí bowls! Definitely coming back next time I’m in Albuquerque.

Absolutely delicious and excellent customer service. This was our first time here and the bowls were blended to perfection . The staff member was so patient with us when we forgot our wallet. They had the option to pay with google pay. We will definitely be coming back.

Online and on the store's front door, the closing time is 8pm. We got there at 7:45pm with plenty of time to make 2 açaí bowls. The guy with yellow dyed hair quickly walked to the back as we approached the door. The door was locked. He peeked out once to see if we were still out front. I'm writing this to let the owner know how their investment is being run.
Update: While I did post this 1 star service and atmosphere review to alert the owner of what was going on, every visit we've had since then has been great. I wanted to come back and change my review to reflect the great service we've had since.

I really loved my rush bowl from here, everything in it tased good together. The staff however was bored, on their phone and listening to music while I ordered, and did not seem to care if I was there or not. However I would come back for the products.

I came in to try a smoothie. I ordered the green rx. I was the only person inside no wait. The store was clean and the menu options looked great. My smoothie was delicious and cold for this hot day. Thanks and God bless you all!

Love this new place and it’s a local business. I’ve had a few of the smoothies with protein and they’re the best high protein, low sugar smoothies I’ve tried and from the taste I can tell they’re definitely made with whole ingredients and not any weird pre-made mixes or anything. The staff are super nice and accommodating too! I order online and it’s ready fast. The price is lower than other nearby smoothie places too.

Horrible horrible service. Skinny girl with short curly hair gave me wrong bowl after I asked multiple times what the bowl on the screen was.
