Was so excited to find that there was a location here in Albuquerque. I have eaten at other locations and visited the ABQ location today. I had a wonderful experience and will be back again and again. I am allergic to dairy and this place is great for vegans and people wanting to eat healthy

The costumer service was wonderful but the bowls contained granola that was organic hemp granola which I did not appreciate. The ingredient information needs to be publicized and less inconspicuous.

Hands down my favorite new place in Albuquerque. This place is awesome. The bowls are soo tasty and the service was amazing. I'd come here every day if I could. Highly recommend you stop by.

So this is my 2nd attempt to see if things changed with customer service and clearly it hasn't. I went in to pick up my bowl this evening (attached is my receipt) I pick it up and noticed I didn't get my extra blueberries, so I went back inside and told the tall/blonde lady I didn't get my blueberries then she proceeds to tell me I didn't order right even though it clearly shows on my receipt and continues with a attitude saying "well I got your blueberries now". Then went on about how I need to state in the "additional request" area when i order online that i need to put that I ordered extra blueberries. Like if I was her I'd just apologize for the mistake and just say I'll get that for you right now and not say anything else but no she wanted to continue to agrue with me in front of another employee about how I'm wrong . I don't appreciate the back talk or the sass. You really need to re train your employees on how they treat customers! I love the food, but the service I'm about to put you guys on my never coming back list!!! Such bad service.

I was excited to try this place as I drive by it multiple times a week. Went in to pick up my order and it was totally empty on Sunday at 3 but seemed very clean. The bowl is for my husband but it looks good. $15 for a bowl is steep in my opinion. What really rubbed me the wrong way was the service. The guy I talked to seemed new and had difficulty figuring out which was my order so a blonde lady came from the back and he asked her for help. She slid my bowl across the counter to me without eye contact and when I said thank you she said “yep.” No silverware or napkins provided or offered for my to go order. Such a bummer but will likely stick to tropical smoothie down the road for a refreshing fruity treat.

I went in this afternoon- without my glasses and asked the gentleman working if he could recommend something milky-coconut based. He recommended the Aloha. I thought it sounded like what I was wanting. However it was pink in color and very pineapple tasting. I was disappointed that he didn’t ask what I would like as a topper as I can see off the pamphlet that I could have got one. Also I purchased the packaged granola bites, I was charged $4.99 and my friend who was there before me said that she only paid $3.99.
I added a tip as I always feel we should- so I paid $30.00 for one bowl, and 6 granola bites. It was just overall a disappointing experience.

Very clean, fresh and yummy. The only problem I have is that I ordered in the app to save time. When I arrived around the time to pick up my order,bahe hadn't made it yet. Same thing with the kid who came for his online order. I was late to work

Was craving a smoothie and came across Rush Bowls. I got the “Beach” bowl and added almond butter on top. It totally hit the spot and satisfied my craving. Will be back :).

I've been to Rush Bowls twice now and tried 2 of the bowls and they were both great. I took the whole family and we tried some different options/toppers and anything you add is a nice compliment. Rush Bowls is great for people looking for a light, healthy meal on the go. You can taste the fresh ingredients. I was impressed with the entire experience as the staff was also really friendly and efficient.

Kid-friendliness: The store is small but very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The owner's have kids themselves!

So I went in on 4/16/24 for my online order around 915am. The worker seem to get upset cause I asked about my other bowl and she stated " everything on your order there" I proceed to say it's missing a bowl to which she looked at my receipt twicw and then made the other bowl but she didn't apologize or even knowledge the mess up. Gave me and my son the silent treatment and after she was done still didn't say a thing. We told her to have a good day but that was a bumper to our day!
