We came for my birthday. Everything was perfect. Nothing could've been improved. Thank you so much to everyone!

I like coming to Ruth Chris for happy hour. The prices are right, and the dishes are the right size for me. And very good. The bartenders and waiters and waitresses are phenomenal.
It's a little disappointing that they don't uphold their dress code for the bar area. I like to go to places where people aren't wearing baseball caps and shorts when I'm dressed up.

The food was excellent.
The atmosphere was great.
My personal experience with the timing of the food was bad.
My soup arrived after I was 1/2 way through my entre. So I had to decide to let my main course go cold or the soup.
However the cold soup was still tasty.
I will definitely go back.

Waiter (Aaron), his assistant arrived immediately brought water and was never seen again. Cocktail was ordered, made incorrectly, returned and was replaced. Food was as excellent. Service was haphazard, table not cleared, check brought along with desert. Have dined at this establishment many many times. Food is consistently very good. Everything else if late seems to be falling apart. Quiet disappointing.
I've been to a lot of steak houses in Albuquerque and all over the country.
This one tops ALOT of them.
Santiago at the bar was absolutely fantastic and made my wife some fantastic cocktails.
Janeta and Desiree made my wife's birthday extra special and they even got her a birthday card
The steak was fantastic and the bread is super addictive.
For a chain restaurant in Albuquerque is was impressed with every aspect.
We will be back

The steaks were not made as ordered but the manager was great at remaking and making it better. The service was great and the food was good. The service is part of the experience.
We hade reservations for 8pm. We arrived early and had to wait till 8:30 for a table. The door was extremely backed up. One of the most annoying things was hearing the manager (older larger guy working front door who was in charge ) blame open table for the reason the door was backed up. Repeatedly saying people booking on open table at 2 in the afternoon are the issue because app does not look at how many are available. I asked for standard dining room and ended up in the Bar area by the door. The server we were assigned to was amazing. He did a great job! The food was disappointing. I ordered the fillet and lobster tail. The lobster tail was extremely overcooked and like chewing on an old piece of meat. The fillet was obviously seared at too low of a temperature for too long giving the meat a gray look on that side and you could taste it. My guest order the fillet as well and it was the same with the sear. Both cooks just a touch over ordered. One was ordered rare and the other was ordered medium. We also had crab cakes, they were extremely dry. The salad and soup were good though and the bar drinks were great I have eaten here before and it been a great experience. This was an all around flop at a 300$ price tag
Came here for our first time tonight, even with reservation we waited over 15 minutes by the door. After being seated we waited another 20 just to get drinks. We ordered an appetizer and that didn’t get to us until another 30 minutes. A server came to bring it to us and stated it was on them since they messed it up, it was good but cold (we had the veal ravioli). Then our salads came 15 min after that appetizer, and our food came right after that. We had 4 different servers as well. If our bill is coming out to $200+ I would expect the system for service to work better than we received. Our drinks shouldn’t take that long to get especially not the appetizer that should be getting to us at least 30 before our actual entree. For this price we could’ve ate 3 times at BJs for better steak and sides. The steak was okay, not out of this world. The mash potatoes were bland. I think they’ve hyped this place up too much. Unfortunately won’t be coming back for the prices not matching the service or food.

Experience was okay thought it would be better for the wait and price of food had a reservation and waited 40 minutes. Server was great made it a better experience than it was. Steak was undercooked as well.
I had an absolutely fantastic dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House tonight! The steaks were amazing—perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor that just melted in my mouth. The mac & cheese was out of this world, creamy and cheesy with that perfect crispy top, and the mashed potatoes were equally amazing, so smooth and buttery. Everything about the meal was top-notch, from the service to the ambiance. The only thing missing was the Carajillo cocktail—please, please add it to the menu! It would be the perfect way to end such an incredible evening. Highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed dinner here recently! We have been many times but management and service was top notch!
We have been to Ruth's Chris many times. Food is consistently good. However, my only complaint is Why? Do they NOT allow you to order and eat the steak sandwich in the “Fine” dining area. I asked the Manager and he stated that Ruth's Chris policy is not to allow less expensive food to be served in that area. I was confused by this. As the customer I should be able to eat whatever I pay for.
