Don’t get me wrong the food was amazing, and super fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a great experience. The only reason I didn’t give all five stars was because the chicken I got was over seasoned and a little spicy. Very minor nitpick, it was very good overall and I would definitely go back!

Sahara is amazing! their food is top notch, good price point and good service. I love to go as a small group, but they also catered my graduation party and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved the food and they even got a few new customers out of it. Thanks Sahara!

Passed by it for years first time stepping in it's really a treasure
I came to buy Dubai chocolate. The owner was very helpful and sweet. He told me there are now vending machines for these chocolates in my home city (El Paso, TX) in two local malls. I bought a large bar of dark chocolate pistachio crunch candy to try. It was phenomenal! My husband, daughter (shown in the photo trying the chocolate), and I loved the texture and flavor combination. I will be buying many more from the vending machines to give to family and friends to try. There is a reason this chocolate is viral and if you haven't already given it a try, you absolutely should do so at your earliest opportunity. By the way, even though we didn't eat a meal at the restaurant since we had already eaten food elsewhere, the aroma of the food cooking here was sorely tempting. I will be back in ABQ eventually, and when I am I will be trying some of the cuisine from here and will add an update.

Reality Check
Sadly our first time here and it wasn’t what I had hoped for. Dolmas were cold all the way through. I ordered a gyros plate ( 4 pieces of meat only) overly saturated with tzatziki sauce and no fries. pita had no taste. I was told that fries are a “side order “ on a plate. ?? I was kind and politely smiled and left a good tip. We won’t be back

The food is consistently amazing with generous portions. The interior decor is fun and unique with gorgeous hand painted murals. Seating is spacious and easy to navigate with plenty of space between tables for wheelchair and walker users. The staff are very friendly and responsive. One of my favorite restaurants in all of Albuquerque.
