Nice, friendly counter service, but the food fell short. Greasy and lacking flavor overall. The tahini didn’t taste authentic, and the dolmas and pita seemed store-bought. Falafel wasn’t made fresh to order — a big disappointment if you’re used to authentic Middle Eastern cooking. Prices were fair (Falafels 4 for $5.49, Mujadara $10.99), but the quality didn’t match. Maybe average for Albuquerque/NM, but below average compared to genuine Middle Eastern fare.

Had the most delicious Sahara Burger for late lunch today. Never had it before. It was delicious, and I highly recommend it. Got for delivery. The delivery was running behind, but the burger was carefully wrapped in foil, and still nice and hot! Thanks, Sahara!
