Cancelled my membership after today’s experience. Lily, Jesus, Jacob - corporate informed of confrontational behavior, 1 hour late curbside pickup, and molded/damaged groceries I was initially given and had to walk back in for a refund.
Shop elsewhere! Costco has good produce, doesn’t smash your order and then argue with customers about whether or not they are entitled to a refund. Mind blowing!!
Just purchased a splash pad for my kids among other things cashier that helped me was very friendly was a great customer service was in and out for how packed and busy they were 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
