Tonight was our first time dining here and we will definitely be back again soon! The food was excellent, and the service was even better. Zach was an amazing server and made our experience even better than we could have expected. He was very attentive and personable, and made great recommendations. We cannot recommend Scalo enough!

Got food poisoning from there seafood risotto, my dinner was delayed so had to sit while my guests ate, They must have rushed the risotto and didn't cook the fish.

Scalo's is the best! I had their branzino special with the beurre blanc sauce and couscous, it was absolutely delicious! Not to mention the outstanding service I received from Mariah and Cyrus at the bar top. Boris the manager was incredibly delightful.

Wowsa! Every bite was amazing! Truffle fries, the baguette with red pepper honey butter, Scalo salad. Delicious. The red chili orachete, butternut squash ravioli (with candied piñon) & braised short ribs! The espresso pana cota. Not a bad bite! Zach was a fabulous, knowledgeable, attentive server & Lola took great care of us. Scalo does not disappoint!

I was part of a party of 4, we all had different entrees and we were all extremely happy with our food. We started off sharing the roasted olives and then were served, mushroom tagliatelle, short rib, seafood risotto and the winter squash ravioli. For dessert, we had cannoli. Everything was well prepared and attractively served. Our waitress was pleasantly attentive but did not hover. An entirely pleasant evening and I look forward to returning.

Overall: We are repeat offenders here because we can always count on fresh seafood and Chef David creating some lovely vegetarian dishes for my husband's bestie and my sister. Food: Everything is delicious! We have tried everything from the carbonara, specials for 6 of us for NYE AND just a random Friday. We always get champagne and we always enjoy the menu. The specials are always great and those who have food allergies can rejoice in knowing that Chef David and his staff actually CARE and will ask questions about accommodating you! Ambiance: On any given night it can be quiet to low noise levels. Even on NYE, the place was packed and noise was mild at best. Great place to take a date or anyone you actually like speaking to Service: Everyone here has been fantastic thus far! Don't change!

We had an awesome meal, our only issue is that we were told that “bottles of wine under $100 were half price on Tuesdays “ . We ordered a nice bottle from the “wine specials“ list but were not told that those were not half price and would have ordered a bottle from the regular list has we known. All in all an excellent meal, but disappointed with the misinformation, as we partly came on a Tuesday for the advertised discount. We informed our server who apologized, but nothing more.

The food was exceptionally good - best short rib I've ever eaten, and the tiramisu was exquisite. The restaurant is noisy - hard to have a conversation. Some well-placed acoustic ceiling tiles might make things quieter. Our waitperson was friendly, knowledgeable, and brought the food to us much faster than in other restaurants. On the whole, a great evening!
