Sonic Drive-In Reviews
Their ice cream machine is always being “cleaned” during lunch hours. Seems like the dumbest time to do that, when you could be making money off the thing. I won’t be back at this location.
This is the closest Sonic to my work and I can never go here because I only get 30 minutes they're 5 minutes away and take 20 minutes plus to get small orders such as drinks and small sides like cheddar peppers this is absolutely disgusting service I feel that I should be paid to eat at this horrible establishment that is a part of a wonderful chain
Sonic is a popular restaurant that offers a friendly and helpful staff, despite occasional staffing challenges. The management is professional, and the restaurant's positive attitude helps make up for any minor issues. Customers appreciate the fast service and enjoy the discounted drinks, especially the Diet Cherry Limeade. However, some stalls are often broken, and the drive-thru can be very slow, sometimes taking an hour to get two burgers and two shakes. Food is generally standard Sonic quality, but there are frequent issues with forgetting or running out of condiments, and the restaurant often operates with a very short staff, sometimes just one employee handling everything. Despite these problems, many customers still enjoy the place, especially when they receive good service and friendly staff like Carlos, who delivers food with a welcoming attitude. Overall, Sonic provides a mostly positive dining experience, but it can be frustrating due to staffing issues and broken equipment.
