My drink was brought out within 4 minutes. I only stopped in for a slush

Always short staffed it seems. Did a mobile order, arrived and checked in 10 minutes after order. Had to wait another 14 minutes for a single item and drink with only 2 cars in parking lot at the time.

This place needs to be inspected so so bad. Every time I come here the line takes 40+ minutes! The workers have NO CLUE what they're doing! I went to the carhop last night and paid for my order ahead on the app, but what they do is swipe their card to SAY they're bringing your order, and you STILL wait another 30+ minutes! I ORDERED A SINGLE COKE! I drove off and took the loss. Not waiting an HOUR for a DRINK. If the franchise owner sees this, you've gotta go down there and see what's going on. Preferably at night.

This is ridiculous.. i came here on my lunch break since i work around the corner. I am waiting in stall 2 and it’s been 15 minutes and I still don’t have my food. So looks like I won’t be able to eat since I have to get back to work.

The carhop had very bad "Nasty" attitude shake was melted ,exploded all my parents car, 1 had hair, she said couldn't return/ exchange,she couldn't do nothing about it, you have to take the shakes like that. She needs to be more trained/ customer service. She wouldn't tell the manager until we walked in the door and told her what her happened/ and the carhop denied what happened. Won't be returning to this SONIC EVER AGAIN.

This sonic is a complete waste of time to go to. It's really gone down hill. This location consists of bunch of kids that don't know how to work, and take forever with your order. The lack of management skills not wanting to even try and make it better really says something. I will not be coming back to this location.

How do you run out of eggs for days? October 24 update....the morning lady working the window hates her job and life as evidenced by the attitude and poor quality of food...I'm sorry your forced to work at sonic at 47 years of age....sucks to suck
I waited a really long time for two small blasts. No one in line. when I finally got them, they both melted. the food and the service at this Sonic are way below par.

I usually stop here on my way home from my mom's. Tonight was the worst experience I've had with this location. I placed a mobile order and if a location is about to close it won't allow for the mobile order to go process. My order went through and said it would be ready at 11:08. I had seen a few cars parked in the stalls as well as drive thru so I parked and checked in. I waited till 11 20 and pushed the red button ( I work in the medical field and I know we always run behind so I gave them some time incase they were short staffed) when a female spoke and said were closed and I told her i had been sitting waiting for almost 30 minutes she asked if it was a hot fudge Sunday. I said no it was chicken strips ocean water and lemon water, the girl asked if the payment went through and I said yes and she said we will have to refund you , I said ok and then she stopped talking. I pushed the button again and asked how I would be refunded and she said you'll have to call the customer service line with so much attitude, I asked her well how will they know I didn't get my food like how do I prove that and she said how should I know.
I told her you might want to tell your manager to have Google times adjusted to reflect correct time. If they were closed why were there people still there? Do they pick and choose what orders they want and which ones to decline? They were running around the building laughing as I drove by angry. I left sonic after almost 40 min empty handed. I recommend not using your mobile app for this location I hope to get my money back.
