I work right around the corner and the lady that’s usually there is super nice and does a great job. Today I came by and a new guy was working and I ordered my usual bacon brioche sandwich and vanilla cold brew. The sandwich only had one pathetic strip of bacon on it but the cold brew tasted seriously off. The milk was clearly spoiled. It was sour and nasty and curdled. The guy told me that he made the coffee last night and used fresh cream, so either this is not true or the recipe needs serious work. I’m admittedly a coffee snob and know to lower the bar when I’m getting something from a drive thru but this was objectively nasty and tasted like neither vanilla or cold brew. It tasted like sour milk.

This was the second time I’ve been to this location. Both times have been bad. The first time, I ordered a Diet Coke, dirty. There was way too much cream and no coconut. This time, I ordered the same and there is no cream, too much coconut, and minimal lime. The fries were barely warm and were chewy. The staff was unfriendly both times.

This sonic is absolutely disgusting. They burned the food. Then when i waited to get it replaced in the long drive through line i got to the window and they claimed that it had been an hour and couldn’t do anything about it. Were rude about it and arguing over the food. Gave me no solution and completely pinned it on me for burning my food. Never come here.

Always short staffed it seems. Did a mobile order, arrived and checked in 10 minutes after order. Had to wait another 14 minutes for a single item and drink with only 2 cars in parking lot at the time.

This place needs to be inspected so so bad. Every time I come here the line takes 40+ minutes! The workers have NO CLUE what they're doing! I went to the carhop last night and paid for my order ahead on the app, but what they do is swipe their card to SAY they're bringing your order, and you STILL wait another 30+ minutes! I ORDERED A SINGLE COKE! I drove off and took the loss. Not waiting an HOUR for a DRINK. If the franchise owner sees this, you've gotta go down there and see what's going on. Preferably at night.

The carhop had very bad "Nasty" attitude shake was melted ,exploded all my parents car, 1 had hair, she said couldn't return/ exchange,she couldn't do nothing about it, you have to take the shakes like that. She needs to be more trained/ customer service. She wouldn't tell the manager until we walked in the door and told her what her happened/ and the carhop denied what happened. Won't be returning to this SONIC EVER AGAIN.

This sonic is a complete waste of time to go to. It's really gone down hill. This location consists of bunch of kids that don't know how to work, and take forever with your order. The lack of management skills not wanting to even try and make it better really says something. I will not be coming back to this location.
