Wish there was an option for no stars completely disgusting food fries that gave they gave me for my 2 year old were from the day before. Don’t waste your time coming to this location. Staff is rude and food is completely disgusting.

Ordered Limeade dirty. Said they were out of ingredients. WHAT?? This is what you do. So went with plain limeade. No lime flavor, no wedge of lime (which they always do) no cherry which they do. It was nothing but sprite. Last week I placed my order on the app and checked in. After waiting for a time and seeing people who arrived after me get their orders. I used the call button and the employee said it's going to be 20 minutes for getting an order out. I explained I was picking up an order from the app and had checked in. Took 5 more minutes to get my order out. So ordered ahead, got a pick up time and still took a total of over 20 minutes. Employees need additional training on customer service and need to fill orders accurately.

Food is always good here. Workers could be more friendly considering they choose to work in the customer service industry. When ordering in the app you are charged for additional things you add so when they don’t put it even with it on the receipt of course I will ask for what I paid for. Granted I do understand mistakes can be made at times but for them to get pissed off and be petty and just put a tiny bit of what was paid for really gets on my nerves. Do better.

Jasmine or jazmine the car hop wad rude. Gave us dirty looks. Was more worried about her personal phone call. Food was cold and soggy. Management refused to replace our order.

Had been craving ice cream all day and hit my local Sonic on unser, as it was on my way home. Usually I avoid this location because it’s always busy. However this time I didn’t and I was actually impressed with the speed of service.

I had to quit going to this and all Sonic Drive-in's due to very poor food quality and attention to detail. Toast and chicken are typically overcooked to a point of being slightly burned. I don't eat ashes or charcoal, so why would I eat at Sonic? Well, I don't do it anymore. This Sonic, in particular, was terrible every time I went there.

I will never go to Sonic ever again, this place had soggy food that is way over priced for dollar menu quality food. The chicken sandwiches are the size of sliders and are $10. Drinks are flat and watered down, chicken strips are the size of chicken nuggets. Staff are rude, slow as molasses and can’t prepare a meal to save their life!

Worst sonic ever. 50% of the time my order is wrong. Ordered one drink today and it was not my drink. I have lost hope in the place and I will never order from here again.

I dont know what has happened to this location but it has drastically failed at every chance my family and I have given it. I thought ordering through the App meant you would receive your order quicker as you pre ordered, right? WRONG. Every time we've place an order 30plus minutes in advance we are left waiting nowhere less than 45minutes AFTER CHECK IN for our order. We're not ordering from here again.
