I had ordered a milkshake from here and my experience was terrible. The milkshake tasted like sour milk. I made a complaint being told someone would get back to me and I haven’t heard anything. I even followed up on my complaint and still haven’t heard anything. I finally called today, and was met with calling back tomorrow since no one could deal with the complaint on staff. I’m extremely disappointed.

Need to teach your employees how to be a little less rude , especially in Albuquerque, sooner or later they're gonna get the wrong person... On top of that they hang out at the drive thru ask you to hold whole they talk for 20 minutes then rush you to order lol.

I went today for a meal , the chicken and slush were great but something was definitely wrong with the Tater tots . They were rock hard and impossible to eat . So sadly had to be trashed . A few bucks wasted but other then that was great and staff was nice

We got food here and it was really hard to enjoy it, got chicken strips that were thin,dry,bad tasting,and overly seasoned. Got a chicken sandwich which was mostly the same. Took two bites and it felt like it was two bites too much. Tots and fries were cold, stale and old tasting. Drinks were alright. Burger was semi okay. Honestly worst 40$ ever spent, very disappointed to get home and not really enjoy much of my meal that I spent so much on.

Took twenty minutes to get a footlong chili cheese coney and chile cheese tots mind you there was only one car in front of me, will not be going back.
I drove up and ordered a oreo shake. I sat in my car and watched the boy try to make it, the machine tore holes in the cup. He was wearing a dirty wrist brace, licked his fingers. Had to ask a girl for help and when she handed it to me it was messy, leaking and not mixed up at all.

Showed up well over an hour before closing and tried to order with the app to use their deals. The app wouldn't let me place an order, so at the window I asked if I could use the deals still. Other Sonics have always let me do this, even closer to closing. Not this one however. I even drove out of my way to this one because they close later
