I sat for nearly 10 minutes at the drive thru window for one thing, a double cheeseburger. Once I got it, it was barely warm, the cheese was barely melted, and the bun was tough like it had been nuked in the microwave. Do better 4th St ABQ Sonic. 0/5 stars.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered three cheeseburgers meals, all of which were cold to the touch as soon as they were delivered. Bacon was not added to one of the three. The tater tots were horrendous. The darkest tater tots I have ever seen. And that’s coming from an ex Sonic worker. They were not golden and cooked how fresh, they were dark and brown like they were made in the dirtiest grease you could have.
When I went back as soon as I noticed, the manager on duty showed no sympathy, did not offer to remake it, just wanted me gone with a refund. I told him how sad it was that he was the one to take out my order, he wanted to blame it on the other manager, for why the tater tots were even put in a bag to be given out.
Needless to say, I won’t return to this location or any. Alameda and 4th’s Sonic went down hill, and it seems like this location is as well.

I just ate the best chili cheese dog ! My onion rings were nice n crispy! They put plenty of chili and cheese on my dog !! Got everything right on my order! Very pleased!!

We just ordered about 15 minutes ago and our food taste like crap Burgers are Suggie and Fries are over cooked and old like it's been sitting for a while, customer service was ok but not the Best... I will want a Refund because customers are Always Right 👍🏽

I spent $40 here and got supersonic bacon double cheeseburgers and the buns were soggy and there was only one small piece of bacon in each one

You think the mobile pick up would be faster I just ordered drinks no food been waiting ……order said would be ready at 6:46 pm it is now 7:10 I’ve seen other people at the stalls get there food and drinks before me I don’t understand I just ordered two drinks. Probably the worst sonic in Albuquerque

The burgers were ok.the fries were bad.it looked like the had been sitting there a while. Then were heated up by frying again.whats up?dont serve food you would not eat yourself.

I used to go to this location all the time, and its has gotten progressively worse. First of all, why are a bunch of 15 year olds running a business, and second, what the hell happened to the quality of food??? For $30 I would expect better quality. Instead, food was cold and looked like someone stepped on it. This is what a double cheeseburger looks like!! And they refused to refund it, but to be honest, I dont think they knew how, considering they were all minors!!! I do NOT recommend this location AT ALL!!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!!
