Are y'all trying to kill people here? 2nd time at this location and this time was awful. 1st burger was undercooked and the remade one was as hard as a hockey puck! I didn't even wanna go back to ask for a refund because I was gonna start yelling. Correct your staff and teach them how to cook a a dang burger.

For some reason, this Sonic seems to be one of the worst. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait long periods of time to get my food. This time I had to wait 30 minutes. The food was cold. Why do we have to wait so long to get our food and for it to be cold. What that means is that they had it sitting there and they forgot about us. This is poor customer service. Also a potential health hazard.
Everything sucks at this sonic the stalls are never open workers are hanging out laughing on ther phones this place is far the worst place to spend ur money ther was one person doing her job inspire of gettin Yale’s at by I think is a manager someone needs to help this place asap

Hello. I came to store 1584 last week. I ordered 2 ice cream dessert. After I paid the lady with pink hair came out and told me that they had just ran out of ice cream and would have to wait for the soft serve to freeze. She said it would be about 15 min. She offered we could wait or get refunded. I opted for the refund. My money was never refunded.
