Hello. I came to store 1584 last week. I ordered 2 ice cream dessert. After I paid the lady with pink hair came out and told me that they had just ran out of ice cream and would have to wait for the soft serve to freeze. She said it would be about 15 min. She offered we could wait or get refunded. I opted for the refund. My money was never refunded.

Was here with my kids i simply ordered 4 grape nerd slushies and i was waiting for more than 30 minutes just for that and i stood near the window to check if they were busy and they werent i saw a woman smoking inside wearing a black shirt and 2 other workers just there talking one had colored hair she was kind of wide no offense same for the black shirted woman dont come here this place sucks

This is considered "fresh" chicken. I was told that it would be a few minutes since they had to make the chicken fresh. It is burnt and hard as a rock, just like the fries that look like they are two years old.
