We had a major power outage and I was forced to get out for some fast food. Ordered through the app and was trying to get the Buy 1 get 1 Free on the Cheese Burger. Ended up paying for both burgers and getting a free Potato Tots.The burgers "could" have been good except for the fact that they were cold. Too much sauce (whatever that was)!

I usually stop here after work but there happened to be some serious work drama. From the small snippets I overheard while waiting for my food a worker quit as she wasn't feeling too good and management wouldn't let her go home. As a manager in food service myself I see it as a red flag overall. I fully understand being shorthanded and believe me those kind of days suck, but if a coworker isn't feeling good and is forced to work this should be looked into as I'm sure no one wants to eat food made by someone sick and potentially get customers and even other staff sick.

Worst hot dog I ever ate in my life. It looked like it sat under a heat lamp for hours. 1/3 of the bun and dog was so hard I couldn't eat it.

Sonic has gone down in both taste and quality over time. The food is either burned or too crispy. The chicken bbt strips are placed in a container with minimal bbq sauce and they expect your to dip your chicken and get it all even with bbq sauce instead of them mixing in a bowl and doing that for you. It seems the only good thing here that remains descent is the ice cream. Service has done down as well and it's much slower than ever. The area surrounding this sonic is descent my safe to be at night time with family but would recommend going through the drive through instead of being in your car. All in all sonic should just stick to selling drinks and ice cream shakes.

Terrible costumer service employees who are rude and act like they don't get paid enough to do their job and on top of that I paid for sauced jumbo popcorn chicken in LARGE and they gave me a small and refused to to give me the correct size even though the 6 other sonics I've been too they refused to do anything about
So frustrating when you wait in line for 40 minutes to get a blast that is all ice cream with only topping on top. It’s a waste of time and

I just sat on line at the drive through for 20mins and didn't move an inch! They could have move the food orders to stalls while waiting and completed the simple drink orders. Horrible management!

Super slow drive through. Twice this month ive gone and spent 15 minutes stuck in the drive through behind only 3 or 4 cars. Wont be returning to this location
