Pulled up around 9:25 and ordered a Medium Popcorn Chicken WITH RANCH. I did NOT RECEIVE said ranch, on top of that, the order taker Jesus (says on the receipt) kept interrupting me as soon as I said one food item, then one drink, then another food item, then another drink. He kept saying "is there anything else" or "is that gonna be all" right as was starting to say another item for my order, it was rude and irritating. The food used to be fresh! But lately it hasn't been, I got mozzarella sticks and they didn't give me my marinara, the mozzarella sticks themselves weren't cooked thoroughly. Everything else was good, the parking is usually packed so I just go through the drive thru

Sonic has gone down in both taste and quality over time. The food is either burned or too crispy. The chicken bbt strips are placed in a container with minimal bbq sauce and they expect your to dip your chicken and get it all even with bbq sauce instead of them mixing in a bowl and doing that for you.
