The worst service. Every time I go, never busy but the wait is always long. It seems like they forget or something. The food is never fresh. Its like they let it sit there on purpose before the deliver it. What's even worse, it's always wrong. I've never got the correct order at this location. The managers never seem to care. It's like they train their employees to purposely mess up. The staff is so incompetent. Staff is always rude. They act like you are disturbing them.

When I was at sonic yesterday service was absolutely terrible a "manager" with red hair and green eyes gave me some terrible responses as to why my food wasn't what I ordered. I had ordered a simple sonic burger WITH CHEESE and tots with a cherry cream slush, that was the order that I thought I was going to receive . But what i got was a cheesless plain burger *no sauce* and regular cherry slush. I attempted to speak with the manager with red hair and instead if a simple and calm apology for getting my order terribly wrong and just remaking it, she instead yelled for me to get out after I explained my food situation with her. She is the worst kind of excuse for a manager and should take a deserved punishment for her incredibly rude actions towards customers, this was the second time this week and im honestly done I will no longer be a regular customer at this filthy excuse of an establishment. IF I COULD ID GENUINELY GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR BECAUSE THIS WAS JUST UNEXCUSABLE.

I went and got an order of grilled cheeses and chicken slingers, I was given burgers instead and I went and asked if they could make me what i actually ordered and I even had my receipt. I was not given my food and the service I got was even worse, I asked for the manager and a grown woman came out. Her customer service is absolutely horrible I simply asked her if they could remake my order as I was obviously given the wrong one. This lady came up in my face and told me they didn’t have my order and didn’t see my order even though I had my receipt, I showed her my receipt and she started calling me names telling me i’m being rude. This kind of behavior is crazy and unacceptable. I hope you have a sit down and talk to your whole store because this is the second time this week I went to the sonic on coors and blake and they messed up my whole order.

So I was ordering and another employee cut off the guy taking my order to say they don’t have minis and then let him finish. That was not okay. Disrespectful towards her coworker. Name is Anna I believe. She did not seem happy to be there. I left a tip and was hoping it would go to him not her. Waited for my order. Ordered a Oreo cookie blast and it was double cupped so I removed the second cup and there is a huge hole in the cup. Why not just replace the cup. Also ordered a cherry limeade and just received a cherry sprite, no limes no cherry.

Terrible service. I waited over 20 minutes for a scheduked pickup order. When I pushed the button nobody answered after 4 minutes. The second time I pushed I told the girl I had an Uber Eats order and asked if I could use the restroom. I heard nothing back. I went to find a staff member about the restroom. I was told they have no restrooms available for customers. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the phone number. The lady( who I'm assuming is the manager because she was dressed in a different uniform) said sorry about them I'm sending him out now. 8 minutes later they finally brought the food out. This is my neighborhood Sonic and I was reminded today why I stopped going here several years ago.

Sat in drive thru close to 20 minutes with 3 cars ahead and no cars in carports. Orders 2 special sandwich. A pork burger and a port sandwich. Received 2 port sandwiches, but charges for burger. They also made sandwiches with to bottom buns. Was odd not have a bun top!

This is the worst sonic Ive been too. 40 mins in a drive through is ridiculous!! I don’t like being that person that complains but damm this is crazy!! Then we got our food and it was cold. I asked what was the reason for them taking so long and the boy working there said “ Idk” with an ugly attitude. All the people working in this location can NOT run a business as it should. Super disappointed
