Sonic Drive-In is a busy restaurant that prioritizes efficiency and customer service. Despite the crowds, orders are fulfilled quickly, and staff aim to get customers in and out fast. The team, including the order girls and cashiers, are polite and friendly, making the experience pleasant. The food, including burgers and drinks, is delicious. Customers appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, especially when ordering specialty drinks, which are often prepared well. However, some experiences have been frustrating, such as long wait times when stalls are not working or incorrect orders, leading to disappointment. Despite these issues, many customers find Sonic to be a favorite place to eat and enjoy their meals, especially when service is smooth and accurate.
