From my experience It is a food truck between the two buildings.I ordered the Birria Ramen and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was fast and if you wanted too they offer seating under a tent.I came here at night so I can't really offer an accurate description of the atmosphere.
This place is consistent, the first place we want to eat is Padilla’s. We travel from Wisconsin to Albuquerque NM to visit family. We have to eat there at the least 2-3 times to get our fix. The chili is bar none the best, their sopapillas are soooo good. One man that has been there for years. He buses the tables and always brings smiles to the customers, makes people laugh. Highly recommended for authentic time-proven (1977) New Mexican cuisine. It was our first visit, but definitely not our last! Be prepared for a line at certain times of the day, but it moves fast. One of the family member/owners interacted with us on a personal level and was extremely welcoming. Located in a strip plaza with tight parking. Outstanding food and fluffy sopas! CASH only.
