You guys are always very nice and I appreciate that. My complait has to do with the what is probably a company policy change or lack of maintenance. You chargers are not charging (I am pretty sure this is on purpose), and this does not allow those of us who need a few hours break from working in the office once or twice a week to enjoy a cup (or two) of coffee while we use our devices........I hope this isn't an attempt to churn the people in and out.......

This Starbucks is a good representation of what Starbucks is about. The young man who helped me was sharp and enthusiastic to help. He even brought my bagel out to me.

My Carmel macchiato is always made perfectly. Love the lemon Ioaf too.The employees are always nice and friendly they make sure you have the Starbucks experience!!! It's clean and comfortable I love this Starbucks!
