This is a great location for mobile office work but the experience here has gone steadily downhill over the last few years I've been coming here. The staff will not make eye contact unless absolutely necessary and they make it clear customers are a necessity only. I haven't seen the manager (I've seen her interviewing prospective hires) smile at a customer... EVER. On top of all that the floors are constantly filthy and the tables are sticky. And now they've decided one of the 2 customer bathrooms is reserved for employees only and it has a different code. This is just an entirely different experience from what I would expect at a fairly high-dollar coffee house.
Sorry to share I got my favorite drink and it came out tasting very strange along with not being filled all the way (about 70%).
Horrible Starbucks, slow and still manages to get my order wrong. Will not be going back to this location ever again.
