The lady was super sweet and had really nice hair but once i had gotten into my office the drink showed for itself that it hadn’t been filled and it probably was a mistake but i was pretty sad to see how much there was to actually sip. 💔

I come here every day and the baristas are always so welcoming and have great customer service, however the manager Maddie is less than hospitable. Honestly just straight up rude. As someone who spends so much money at your establishment I expect some kind of respect like receiving a water when I ask for it. But apparently it goes against company policy. Fire her!!

This morning I went through the drive through placed my order i typically frequent this Starbucks location and usually pay via the app however this morning I had cash knowing it was a large bill I expected they would not be able to break it but thought I’d ask anyway . The woman at the window was wearing a mask and it was hard to hear her she immediately said they couldn’t make change she asked came back said no- I said no problem what is the largest bill you take “ ? I couldn’t hear her again I asked she snapped at me aggressively her eyes bulged out “TWENTY! “ she moved her neck around with attitude
I was taken back by how rude and snappy she became in front of my 11 year old. I asked to talk to the manager Justin or Jason he immediately said we can’t make change I actually didn’t care at that point tbh- He said the employee told him I yelled at her. and he seemed like he was condescending he laughed when I took issue with her attitude. I understand customer service is hard work but not all customers are attacking I never changed my tone and honestly the manager basically told me to take my money else where . Really disappointed with this experience manager handled poorly . NOTE to manager if she was rude to one she will be rude to many good luck- lost a loyal customer today. I’ve already contacted through the online website THX
