This is a great location for mobile office work but the experience here has gone steadily downhill over the last few years I've been coming here. The staff will not make eye contact unless absolutely necessary and they make it clear customers are a necessity only. I haven't seen the manager (I've seen her interviewing prospective hires) smile at a customer... EVER. On top of all that the floors are constantly filthy and the tables are sticky. And now they've decided one of the 2 customer bathrooms is reserved for employees only and it has a different code. This is just an entirely different experience from what I would expect at a fairly high-dollar coffee house.

The drinks are often half filled. They do not have sleeves for hot coffee so they’re just handing you the hot coffee. They don’t care been here three or four times it’s a subpar location for Starbucks. Note to self do not return to this location multiple issues

the blonde lady at the window slammed the window in our faces about 4 or 5 times, and also forgot half of our order and had to be prompted to give it to us. as a barista myself, i get the bad days, but she was so rude and mean! i love this starbucks because, usually, the coffee is made right and the service is great. but this is the worst experience ive ever had at a starbucks :( to the blonde lady, i hope your day gets better.

Another picture of another drink that wasn't great... Drinks don't come filled to the top anymore and there's so much ice. Is this the norm for all shops? I used to go to Duncan all the time but I tried the flavors here and fell in love. It's just unfortunate that cup isn't full and it's more than half ice... For $7+ .... I'm usually a good tipper but I don't tip here because the 'service' I'm paying for isn't great. I mentioned it once at pickup but the young man said it's that way because every single drink is measured exactly right. He was nice about it, but, every penny counts, ya know :(

I'm sitting at this location with green tea. Coffee and a muffin for my companion. And we're miffed.
It seemed to take an act of God to get someone to give me some sugar for the tea. The lady at the pickup station, who had very long black hair and screaming red lipstick DID NOT offer to help me. She used one word answers as she addressed me and never made eye contact. She was haughty, annoyed and downright rude.
This is a costly place to get some tea and coffee. One would at least expect, no, DEMAND, some basic human kindness and courtesy. Even the nicest, coolest restaurant is spoiled by this kind of entitled aloofness.
Save your money. Get your coffee and tea for less just about anywhere else. Perhaps the people at other restaurants understand the basic ethos of customer service. That the customer is the reason you're in business. We're here to get what we pay for. We're not here to be looked down upon just because we ask for a bit of sugar for the tea. Who needs a snotty entitled server anywhere?

This Starbucks location makes good drinks and has good service, but be prepared to be harassed by the homeless people outside that will ask you to buy them a drink and then flip you off when you tell them no. Nobody asks them to leave and they end up loitering there all day harassing people until they get a drink.
