Was in NM for a few days and hit several breweries, this place was our favorite due to the great beer. Cool spot too.

High and Dry Brewing is a welcoming spot with a great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The brewery has been serving high-quality beer for over 5 years, offering samples before customers commit to a full pint. While the brews contain less gluten, they are always crisp and flavorful, though maybe not as potent as some other breweries. Music Thursdays are a highlight, along with the consistently good food trucks, which often feature options like Cacho's truck serving solid burgers and delicious loaded fries with yummy sauces. The patio provides a relaxing space to enjoy the drinks and food. The staff work hard to meet everyone's needs, and the neighborhood vibe creates a pleasant environment. Many visitors enjoy trying the paleta shandy, a refreshing treat that combines a paleta with their drink of choice. Overall, it’s a great place to relax with friends and enjoy a good time.
