I asked for light ice on all drinks and every drink was a literal cup full of all ice with a tiny amount of drink. One of them wasn’t even filled up all the way!

Sat here for several minutes, waiting for my order. They didn't even have the decency to call out my order. People who were coming in behind me were getting their orders before me. So I walked up like what wondering what was going on and the lady asked me what was the name and I proceeded to tell her to give me the drink that had been sitting there, getting all watered down while they didn't even bother to call out my drink that I had been waiting for
Employees are rude when you make sure you're getting the overpriced product you paid for. Every frozen dink I order is handed to me already melted all the way the Employees make excuses for not wanting to make it right.
