I was getting a decaf iced coffee for my son with my mocha. I'm always paranoid because there was a time where it was definitely not decaf. IYKYK parents ? anyway I asked after the decaf status and because she couldn't confirm who'd made the drink she remade it completely just to make sure. Definitely went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service. That was awesome
Very nice coffee shop. They are always friendly and quick. The coffee is always to my liking and I enjoy the teas very much. The staff keeps a clean shop. I often go into the store and they give me a yummy coffee cake or something to try. I love going to this coffee shop. The baristas there are so wonderful....they know my name, my preferences, let me try new things and make suggestions when there is something new that they think that I'd like....Drinks are always well made....never a complaint at my Eastgate location!!!
