“I have been going there for 30 plus years & most recently today for lunch. The food was a bit above average & the service in the bar area with Zackie was much less than to be expected for a restaurant of this caliber. Not sure if she hasn't been trained properly or just not cut out to be a server. As anyone that is a "Foodie" would know, great service can compensate for many short comings. My family and I got a little bit of everything... cheesesticks, wings, seafood boil, fries, chicken, steak, beef and noodles, fried rice, corn dog bites... it all came out fast, hot and fresh!! 1000% recommend!”

“My wife and I traveled from Buffalo and stopped in here for dinner and drinks prior to the KWS show. One of the best decisions we have made. Friendly, great food, amazing drink selections and I have to mention..probably some of the cleanest bathrooms ever. We met Rich, the owner and Ariel, the "world's most okayist bartender" ..at least that's what her shirt said. But here’s where it got wild: the slawed cucumber side and that complimentary cucumber sauce? 😂🥒 Straight up hijacked my attention like a taste bud ninja. Finely sliced tomatoes, herbs, spices—this plate had more garnishes than a red carpet event, and every one of them was a flavor bomb. And let’s talk staff. The lovely soul who walked me to the cooler to pick out one of the many non-alcoholic beers? Top. Notch. 👏 Sweet, informative, and had the charm level of a rom-com lead. “We live out of town but had this pizza several times over the past few years, when in the area visiting family. The pizza is really good (not greasy or too spicy) but we forgot how big the pies are, so make sure you know how many slices you need when you place the order. This was our first time calling for delivery. We were disappointed that they did not honor a Seton Hill student discount that my sister who placed the order had. They also forgot part of our order but promptly came back after we called them. I'd definitely go back here again...not sure if my sister will.”

“I visited The White Rabbit this morning and have basically been talking it up since. I was absolutely enchanted by the entire atmosphere of the café. I got a mini spread of pastries to enjoy with my friend, and took a few home to enjoy with my partner (who also really enjoyed theirs). The pastries were DELICIOUS, but what was so amazing to me was how affordable the prices were! I took home a gingersnap and enjoyed it with a cup of cinnamon tea. Probably the best gingersnap I've ever had. 🥰”

The breakfast burger and fries were a big portion! Burger flavor was really good! The sausage gravy and biscuits with the breakfast casserole was amazing as well! Our waitress was super attentive to our fussy 5 month old. Drinking glasses and coffee stayed full the whole time! We will be back!

The chicken piccata was amazing—so tender and flavorful. The pasta and meatballs were also a huge hit with our guests. Everything was prepared beautifully and arrived fresh and hot, making hosting so much easier. La Vita’s truly helped elevate the whole event with their delicious food. “A nice little place! My husband and I did some antiquing for our date day in the Greensburg area and wanted to find a place that kind of fit in with that theme. This place definitely fit the bill! Decorated in Route 66 items, it gave that feel of yesteryear with decor items such as neon car wall art, an old Coke cooler and an old radio. The tables have plain white paper as the table cover which gave us time to fit in a few tic tac toe games before we were served. The service was very pleasant! Friendly and constantly refilling drinks. There is a large bar area separated from the dining room. Fast service, beer, cocktails, wine. I got the meatball hoagie and fries, while my husband chose the phillie cheesteak and chips. Our only complaint was that for the cost of the sandwiches, they were a little small. Don’t get me wrong, the taste was amazing, but just wished the sandwiches were a little longer. We were still a little hungry after finishing. Chips were really good! “Great find! Tucked in a small corner of a plaza, this unassuming place had me skeptical before walking through the door.

Once inside though, the cozy atmosphere and decor of the establishment drew me right in.

The menu offered up some pretty big expectations. With Peking Duck striking me as quite a find in this area.

I opted for the Capital Chicken which is marked as spicy - as I was in the mood for something with a bit of a bite. It came with fried rice.

It was beautiful in presentation. All of our meals were. Definitely a pleasant surprise for such an unassuming place that is literally located next to a discount bargain outlet.

“I’ve gone there often. They know my name and order. I recently came out as transgender. I’m not one to focus on names or pronouns so every time they called me my old name I never said anything. Today, I guess they noticed my new name on the app and asked me if that’s what I wanted to be called and said they’d call me that from now on. That was sooooooo nice to hear 💗💕. “Charley’s cheesesteaks located in the food court in Westmoreland Mall is a good fairly inexpensive place to eat. They have a half chicken with fries and a drink special every day, it is more than enough for me to eat.
They hand out samples if you want to try before you buy.
They do get pretty busy around lunch and dinner time.
I stop there more than half the time I eat in the food court 👍”
