Texas Roadhouse Reviews
We had the best waitress Mondays. . We were going to eat in Pittsburgh. we decided before heading to the airport to hit the roadhouse at 3. It never ever disappoints. I so forget her name. she had dark hair and was so sweet and prompt and just friendly. always love the food. never bad. . I give her 5 stars. .
Had a steak with mushrooms and baked potato. I ate the potato and half of my 6 oz steak. The waitress said u want a box I said “no it’s so salty I can’t eat it” she just said sorry. Now if that was me I would have ask if u want another or maybe take couple dollars off but “I am sorry” nah won’t go back. And really no one cares
The music is so loud that people have to shout to each other. There is absolutely no reason for it to be this loud. It's a horrible experience; it's hard to enjoy food when you can’t even hear yourself think.

Texas Roadhouse offers a chain steakhouse atmosphere with well-trained waitresses. The gluten-free menu is real, though limited in sides. Steaks are cooked perfectly, while salmon can be overcooked at times. The drink menu is good, with varying bartender skills. Service is usually fast and pleasant. Many customers have praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness, with one waitress named Kelsey receiving special mention for her excellent service. Recently, the restaurant has been recognized for combining great food with quick, attentive service, making for enjoyable dining experiences. The filet mignon is highly recommended, and the cheeseburgers are done properly—especially if requested medium. Parking is ample, but during busy times, spots can be limited. The restaurant also offers a gluten-free menu, and the atmosphere remains lively and welcoming.
