“I had steak and chicken and they were good, veggies were really good but the seasoned red skin potatoes were terrible, should have ordered the rice instead. I liked the Fresh brewed iced tea. We loved all the trees decorated for Valentine's Day ❤️Tracy was a very nice server!“
“We had an awesome experience. Are waiter Raymond was knowledgeable and courteous and confident. This location ALWAYS exceeds our expectations. Never over cooked or under cooked. Some locations are hit or miss. We have decided to make this our favorite location. Further to drive but Staff and meals are perfect..“
“Very clean. Nice staff; kind & helpful. Bulk & single items for sale (seafood). If you know anything about seafood when you walk into an establishment that smells like fish/fishy run the opposite way. This place DOES NOT smell fish/fishy. I Purchased kletcherman's creamy horse radish sauce as well as stayed to eat at the "make on site" establishment. See pics w/more comments. Location is behind "Live" gambling establishment, across the parking lot.Vegetarian options: Upon orderDietary restrictions: Upon orderParking: Plenty in front of business.Kid-friendliness: There is menu items availableWheelchair accessibility: 1st floor thru out“
“Hoss’s Streak and Sea House on Rt 30 in Greensburg was a wonderful treat and quite a surprise. We hadn’t been to a Hoss’s in decades, and we were so happy we went to enjoy the classic decor, good food, amazing salad bar, and incredibly friendly service. We were impressed with how clean and well maintained it was, and we wish we had bigger bellies to enjoy more food.“
“I don't think I have ever had a bad experience in the 6 or so times I've went. The food is always amazing and the service is wonderful. It doesn't take very long to get your dinner after ordering. Overall, great place for a semi-formal dining experience.“
“Mackenzie was our server. She was very efficient and friendly. She provided us with everything we requested in a timely manner. We had calamari, oysters, lobster, filet, and scallops. All of these items were excellent. Definitely a 5 star rating!!“
“Had a 5:00 p.m. reservation on a Sunday. They close at 6 p.m. on Sunday's. I was worried that we'd feel rushed but we weren't at all. Everyone enjoyed their food. The portions are so huge, actually everyone could have eaten off of one entree. Everyone bought something different so we were all able to taste a variety of different foods that everyone at our table ordered. The waitress was helpful in telling us how to be more cost-effective when we ordered. She explained that since my cousin bought the Tomahawk steak entree, that came with two salads, two lobster tails and a boatload of shrimp, that I should only buy the pound of crab legs, instead of the seafood boat. So, big thumbs up to her for saving us some money because there was plenty of food and we were still able to take leftovers home. After reviewing the reviews on this place, their was one comment stuck out about how they didn't like black people here. We felt welcomed and the waitress and patrons were all very pleasant to us. ??♀️The place wasn't too crowded, on a Sunday evening, so the waitress wasn't overwhelmed. She was very nice. They serve you complimentary wine and beer, if you want it, in plastic cups. It's not a fancy restaurant but it's clean. Kind of old-fashioned. So don't expect anything fancy as far as the decorum. They only have one bathroom, which they keep clean. I had a very nice experience.Parking: Parking is free and it was plentiful when we went Sunday evening. The restaurant is in a neighborhood, so if it ever gets to the point where you can't fnd a parking space, in the lot, just park along the road.“
“We were in town for a hockey tournament, and looking for a place for dinner. This place is a gem. Great wait staff, and a quiet ambiance for conversation. Not a big place, but just the right size for date night or if you want to have conversation at dinner. Food was served fresh, bonus points for having fresh pasta!“
“Upon finding out that my husband never experienced Hoss's Hoss-pi-tality ? , and simultaneously realizing that due to unexpected major plumbing repairs, our planned getaway for our leap year anniversary, we made the obvious choice of correcting the first issue. He had no idea what to expect and was delighted with the 90s atmosphere (minus the smoking section, RIP- just not quite the full experience without it). I showed him the lay of the land with exploring the salad bar, ordering steak, and topping it off with the sundae bar. As we were cackling and canoodiling, we explained to our sweet server, who then brought out a little cheesecake dessert with a candle and commemorative hoss's glasses. It was every bit as goofy and kind as we try to be. It was as I remembered from childhood. I didn't catch our server's name, but please- give that gal a raise!“
“We went to The Venue for a birthday dinner on 3/27/2024. Raspberry Fields Forever martini was excellent - a refreshing cocktail. Beef Wellington was a great starter, filet was tender, which is sometimes difficult to achieve in BW. My girlfriend ordered crab cakes which were perfectly cooked, flavorful, and larger than we expected, too. I chose the special - crab stuffed shrimp with angel hair pasta. Very tasty, and more than I could finish. Ordered chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake for dessert. I always order cheesecake whenever I go out to eat. This was very unique, and more importantly, one of the 2 best cheesecakes I've ever had. The pacing of all courses was well-timed.To echo what others have said, the surroundings were super cool, sort of an old Hollywood vibe. Comfortable seats and ample space on the table.Lastly, Brittany was an incredible server. Friendly, super-attentive, and genuinely kind. Couldn't ask for anyone better.“
