“My family stopped by on Saturday afternoon ordered a Pgh pizza and loaded fries. The Pizza was out of this world. The fries were fresh cut and delicious. Our server was Jodie and she was so friendly and efficient we never had to ask a refill on drinks. Most pleasant trip there ever.“

“A nice little place! My husband and I did some antiquing for our date day in the Greensburg area and wanted to find a place that kind of fit in with that theme. This place definitely fit the bill! Decorated in Route 66 items, it gave that feel of yesteryear with decor items such as neon car wall art, an old Coke cooler and an old radio. The tables have plain white paper as the table cover which gave us time to fit in a few tic tac toe games before we were served. The service was very pleasant! Friendly and constantly refilling drinks. There is a large bar area separated from the dining room. Fast service, beer, cocktails, wine. I got the meatball hoagie and fries, while my husband chose the phillie cheesteak and chips. Our only complaint was that for the cost of the sandwiches, they were a little small. Don’t get me wrong, the taste was amazing, but just wished the sandwiches were a little longer. We were still a little hungry after finishing. Chips were really good! Would like to return and try out some entrees. Would recommend! Take out and dine in available. Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert. Restrooms, free WiFi. Accepts reservations. “We were passing through New Stanton, and had dinner at La Tavola. We sat at the bar, and had incredible service from Sandy, the bartender. The food was incredible. We had the artichoke appetizer, a Caesar salad, and the Veal Picatta and the special, which was a Swordfish with lump crabmeat. Also, the Crème Brûlée. All was incredible, and Chef Lou came out and chatted with us. A very special gem of a restaurant, which we would highly recommend!!“

“First timie going here! I love that prices are so great compared to others! Being a mom of 8 kids I know good deals when I see one and this is GREAT and affordable meal prices for kids menu. Plus the salad,nacho,soup,dessert bar are fabulous!! The kids will definitely get full here, so worth the cheap affordable prices!! Adult meal plates look good and appealing I got a steak. Only thing though, this was the whole reason we went there was because I wanted steak. And my husband wanted somewhere new so we gave this a go! Was a great choice to visit“

“We walked in, sat down right away, and had drinks within 5 minutes. We ordered the soup and salad bar, which was great. The French Onion soup is excellent, as us their chicken noodle soup. No matter where you find a Hoss's, it is always consistent, good food served by friendly and attentive staff.“
