We booked a party for our child’s birthday. Every guest that checked in mentions the staff not knowing about her party. Her bracelet didn’t work she lost a lot of playtime before the issue was resolved. No one could clearly tell us what was happening next or what to expect. Everyone was upset because they wanted to jump. The price of the socks are criminal and every child should be handed a pair for that basic jump pad. Our birthday girls name was NEVER mentioned in the music....read full review

Chuck E. Cheese is a kid-friendly restaurant located in the mall, offering plenty of parking. The staff is nice and helpful, and the games work well. The food is good, although not amazing. The prices are reasonable, and the kids love it. While the restaurant could benefit from better management and cleaning, it’s a great spot for birthday parties. The pizza is pretty good, and the staff is friendly. Recently, it was redone and has many newer games, making it a clean and fun place for kids to get their wiggles out. Visitors appreciate that it’s well-managed, safe, and the environment is very clean. Although some features like trampolines are not included in the entry fee and can be expensive, the overall experience remains enjoyable for children and their families.
