Short staffed. Long wait for food (over 20 minutes). Food was very good once we got it.
Maria at Panera deserves a raise immediately. I walked in hungry and left emotionally fulfilled. She flashed a smile at me and suddenly my broccoli cheddar soup tasted like it was made with love itself. 10/10 customer service, 11/10 vibes. If Maria’s working, just know your order is in elite hands.
