“Made a same day reservation for dinner before a show at the Palace Theatre. Arrived at 5.30 and seated in small quaint front dining room that was quickly filling with other theatre goers. The poor waitress was running ragged as apparently 2 members of staff had called off. The lady bar tender also helped out where she could. Ordered pork sliders and the crab cakes both were excellent, especially the crab cakes though it came with a seafood risotto that was rather basic (just one large shrimp) but still tasty all the same. Love the charm, character and ambience of the place. Briefly explored the other rooms to see that there were were other dining areas, including an outdoor patio area that I would certainly consider dining alfresco on warm pleasant evenings. The eclectic artwork adorning the walls (including in the bathroom) is for sale. Kudos to our waitress (and the bar tender) for her service being so busy with other patrons. Sorry didn't know her name as we didn't ask for a copy of the check when paying by tablet as we didn't want to trouble the the staff for a printed copy of the bill. My one only slight gripe was some of the bench seating was hard and rather uncomfortable. (A little padding would go a long way!) Any way Major Stokes is now going to be my go to place when going to an occasional show or concert in Greensburg due to its close proximity to the Palace Theatre.“
“Visited this establishment while in the area for a concert at the Palace Theatre and it was definitely worth stopping in for their food. Their menu is well rounded for a bar/restaurant. I had the Reuben and it was one of the best I've eaten. They also have a fairly extensive drink menu with seasonal beers and cocktails. The service and ambience were well suited for the type of establishment. It was a very busy night and food arrived very timely and the wait staff were very on point. I would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.“
“I had steak and chicken and they were good, veggies were really good but the seasoned red skin potatoes were terrible, should have ordered the rice instead. I liked the Fresh brewed iced tea. We loved all the trees decorated for Valentine's Day ❤️Tracy was a very nice server!“
“Any time we have come here we have always had a good experience. Food comes out fairly quickly, hot and fresh. Plus it tastes great. The wait staff is always very attentive. It's also a pretty clean restaurant! All in all a good dining experience. We have also ordered take out a few times from here and it's always just as good as it would be if we ate in! And prices aren't too bad either.“

“Ketters seemed to be a pretty popular place to eat and was very busy when we stopped in. Despite the restaurant being full, the staff was very friendly and provided exercise service. The food was good, and it was presented well. You get the feeling when you hear that you're going to get some well put together food that gonna have you leaving feeling full, and we left feeling stuffed.Wheelchair accessibility: A little bit old school on the accessibility, but they can accommodate here.“
“Almost saw me and my wife's 10-year anniversary ruined due to both incompetence and rudeness at another fine dining restaurant here in Greensburg called The Venue, where the table I had reserved more than 2 weeks in advance for this special occasion had been given away to other people. Adding insult to injury, we were then being treated as if we were the ones who had created a problem, so we left and decided to try J. Corks in an attempt to save our evening.Even though we obviously had no reservation at this restaurant, efforts to help us were made immediately when I explained the situation to a staff member. And with success - we managed to get a table right away. What followed was an absolutely delicious meal in a great setting with phenomenal service.We want to express our gratitude to the wonderful staff members of J. Corks for their understanding, cooperation, and hospitality. You truly saved our evening! We definitely know where we will go from now on to celebrate special occasions.“
