“We always love visiting Primantis with our toddler - particularly due to the family friendly environment. The food is always solid, and the price is reasonable.

We always have good servers too. Today, it was 6:59 and our server Angela hustled over to the register to put in our happy hour drinks. Just one example of a server going above and beyond.

We appreciate the local Primantis, and will continue to visit.“

“We go to this Melting Pot at least four times a year. Each time is a wonderful experience. Today, however, we were beyond blown away by the best service we've ever had. Hanna was our server and she truly is exceptional! She made everything perfect! The food is always tasty and plentiful. In addition, Amanda, the manager is phenomenal! I still can't figure out how she remembers us each time we come to dine. This is a testament to her customer service skills and professionalism. “Great Cocktails, Forgettable Food in Downtown Pittsburgh

Booked Bourbon & Bridges through Resy for a solo dinner and was happy to put my Amex Resy credits to use. Conveniently located right across from the Courtyard downtown where I usually stay on business trips, it sits on a lively strip of bars and restaurants that makes for an easy evening stop.

The space itself has a great atmosphere — stylish décor with an impressive display of spirits behind the bar that immediately sets the tone for a cocktail-focused experience. The drink menu is extensive, with plenty of creative options. I ordered the Renegade — made with gin, peach nectar, passionfruit liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and blueberry boba pearls — and it was excellent. Refreshing, balanced, and fun without being overly sweet.

Food was more mixed. The grilled chicken sandwich, served on a pretzel bun with chipotle aioli and toppings, was unfortunately pretty bland and forgettable. The Brussels sprouts were much better — nicely pan-fried with great flavor, although slightly sweeter than I would have preferred.

Overall, Bourbon & Bridges is worth visiting for the drinks and atmosphere more than the food. I’d absolutely come back to work through more of the cocktail menu.“

He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! “I am a foodie for sure and this experience was a flavor explosion!! The beets were a texture fantasy with a crunch and sweet savory home run. And the Striploin?!!!!! Filet tenderness with a better than NY strip flavor (how is it possible?). Second only to my NYC Wagyu A5 favorite. I was a little hesitant when I first saw the menu, but nothing disappointed at all! Would definitely recommend and return with friends for that steak!!! Chef Dave is a Master of flavors. Shame on me for reviewing before dessert. COME FOR THE DESSERT!! SMH. “We had täkō last night in Pittsburgh for the first time and it was SO GOOD! They had their Spookeasy pop up Halloween bar and the set up was so cool, it was pretty packed with it being Halloween weekend but it was such a cool atmosphere! We ended up getting seats at the bar and the two bartenders were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with deciding what drinks we wanted to try! The tacos.....the octopus is the BEST, chorizo was second best for me. Pictures aren't the greatest, but it's the best I got. Definitely a great time if you're feeling fancy 🍶 It's not cheap, but I'd say definitely worth it for the food, drinks, staff and just the atmosphere of it all.“

This was all of our first time at the restaurant. We were seated in the side 1 table room, the service was great, it was like our own little space. My wife & I got the 2 Tomahawk steaks, bone marrow, asparagus, & shoestring fries. Everything was amazing, we all got different starters to share. We got the pig candy, all starters were great! There was not one complaint from the table, we will definitely be back. I have known the owner for a very long time, & been to his other places & been just as satisfied. I haven't stopped thinking about it since I drank it...Food was also great. Perfect portion sizes. Not to big and not too small. They even let me customize it a bit which was nice.“

This establishment has been there for close to 30 yrs!!!
The white pizza, garlic and tomatoes is so delicious!!! oozing with buttery garlic white sauce on a thin crispy crust where it counts!! Tomatoes sweet and soft melting into cheesy goodness!!

Also wanted to try their hot sausage hoagie!!!...
They buy their ingredients local...
right down road, persay....
and that payoff of freshness comes out in this hot sausage flavor with a punch of real authentic spice!!!...love everything about this!!!
Bread was just right!!!...
Sauce was bangin!!
I used to live in this area, came to pay a visit, and I must say...this establishment hasn't parted ways with their original ingredients!!!!...like most eateries do over the years!!!
When I pass thru again, I will definitely stop here!!!!

Now they had other sides, macaroni and cheese - soup - hush puppies, etc. not lying it was absolutely fantastic. They buttered and toasted the bun. It was so delicious! normally, I will order my fish on a plate or remove the bun, but I could not handle it. I had to eat this bun.! . We had zero complaints and the price was just really reasonable especially right now with everything else going - people in my area are charging $17 for a fish ! we highly enjoyed it thank you!“
