“We stopped for lunch on a Friday afternoon before Christmas! The decorations were beautiful. Food was good, service was great! Will definitely be back in the summer to try the outdoor venue.“

“Grew up in Ford City so Stanley's is a staple of the community. Has always been great food, great service and atmosphere. And though I am rarely ever back that way anymore, when I am, I make sure to stop in for a Big Bern, a Hot Sausage and a nice ice cold draft. Two thumbs way up!!“

“Great little roadside pub. Inside atmosphere is relative to Pittsburgh team themes with the entirety of the ceiling tiles painted in alternating black and gold squares. Daily specials are listed on the white board with something to offer all 7 days of the week. The biggest turnout is on wing night which draws a crowd large enough to cause an overflow of cars in the parking lot. We did, quite accidentally, arrive on a wing night and we're lucky to find a seat. So 'when in Rome' as it were, we did get 2 half dozen orders of wings to sample at least 2 of the flavors. We were pleasantly surprised to actually find a place that knows what the words hot and spicy are meant to be. The wings had a very nice outer crisp. The meat in half of them was definitely on the dryer side of the spectrum, but remained edible. I make no judgment on this given the extremely busy atmosphere and will definitely give them another go on a less busy day.
The fan favorite at our table is a clever item called 'Clydes famous balls'. The cooks take a nice sized dough ball, fill it with the specific ingredients per menu description, wrap it all up, and then deep fry the whole darn thing. Flavors include pepperoni, reuben, cheeseburger, taco, steak and cheese, chicken bacon ranch, and probably at least one other. Come hungry because these guys are big and shareable! We are talking small cantaloupe size and there is no shortage of filling within. Definitely recommend trying these out if you're not afraid of developing a strange craving to go back over and over again. We also enjoyed a side of the zucchini planks which were done just right ( not too thick & not too thin for the breading). Clyde is it's own niche and a great fit for the area. If you find yourself on the backwoods of Cadogan for any reason (even if you're lost), don't leave without stopping in here!“
