I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."
This place is an absolute joke….everywhere is short staffed but when the restaurant is practically empty and it takes over 40 minutes to get your food…food mind you that they didn’t even make right..then it’s burnt..sent back and now my daughter ate her food and again I wait so I guess I’ll be taking it home whenever it does appear…every time we come
