I come to this location 4 days out of the week, same days every week. I love this location and the staff. Today I was a little discouraged. I always mobile order. I went into get my drink, I was waiting for one of my employees drinks since I was there she asked me to pick hers up. While waiting for hers, I dropped mine. Embarrassing.. yes.. but I felt awful! I know what a pain it is to be busy and have to stop what you’re doing to clean someone’s spilt drink. So I got napkins...
I am always happy coming here, even if I'm having a bad morning they always make it better somehow. Even with a simple smile. Today I got my order, a asked them to remake my venti white mocha with soy because it got warm due to my own Doing, and they gladly remade it for me without question. She was sweet & glad to help me out. Thanks Starbucks team!!!
