Perfectly on par for Starbucks. Clean, nice staff, quick service. Our drinks were exactly as advertised and ordered. I don't tend to visit chain coffee shops, but I always appreciate when a chain is held to high standards. This particular store was great.

I went this morning to get a grande coffee latte with oat-milk and 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla and you guys put regular milk in my coffee it’s not fair that you guys are so careless about what kind of milk we ask for. That coffee ruined my day completely, and it’s also not fair that you charged extra for oat-milk and still gave me regular milk. I had to take the rest of the day off because of your carelessness. Please be considerate of peoples health!! Starbucks tell your employees to do better!!

Usually get a frappuccino mocha peppermint large and they gave me a latte instead, when I said something that it was supposed to be a frappuccino the employees looked at me like I was the one who ordered something wrong then asked (with attitude) if I wanted them to remake it. I just looked at them said no and tossed it as I was walking out the door! Get your orders right or take your headset off for a customer standing in front of you... on second thought I'll probably never come back to this one

Nice and big place to sit and study. Very limited parking. Kept very warm, if you like that. Staff was nice. They were fully masked both times I went in, so if that is something you like, that is happening here December 2023. Be careful leaving, as the drive-through is super busy all day and people aren't that careful. Drive-through moves pretty fast, so that is appreciated on a work day.

I stand by my original review and do not venture back due to 1 employee that treated us terribly twice (once after a throat biopsy) where I was instructed not to speak so held my divorce to read, the second time I requested another employee to take my order and she raised her voice in an aggressive manner telling me I could just leave.How is Starbucks going to hire someone that refuses to read an order off of a device and definitely dood not understand ASL either.

I love going to this Starbucks when I get the chance. The drinks just seem better for some reason lol. Like, my favorite Frappuccino just seems like it’s been better blended, and I’m not getting little ice pieces. It’s closer to a softer milkshake, which is really nice.

Another on the way to or getting off work stop. Adds a crossing of a major street to get there, but, totes worth it. The employees are the regular Starbucks employees, they kind of just leave you alone and are busy busy, as expected, and to me, appreciated. It's all about that pineapple passionfruit frozen thing I always stumble over pronouncing to the cashier but still order because of this d*** heat, and it's delicious in the afternoon. Everytime.
