This is a nice location. Bridges, tall sycamores, large patio for the pooches. I was getting some routine bloodwork done at the Journal Center and stopped at this location for a little pick me up. Got a vanilla bean frappucino (probably my favorite kind- standard I know) and a chocolate pastry. Enjoyed the nice morning air and the sounds of birds chirping

Staff is friendly and very clean.
Love this Starbucks have been coming here a couple of years at least once a week.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has mixed experiences. The restaurant is amazing and always there, open way early with orders getting out quickly. The grilled cheeses are actually really good. Some locations are a well-oiled machine with friendly staff, and ordering ahead on the app is very easy with orders always right. However, other locations have rude staff with bad attitudes who seem very unorganized and not Starbucks employee quality. People don’t pay attention to customers and smile, acting like robots who never interact except taking orders. Customer service is mostly terrible at most Starbucks. At one specific location, a drive-through order gave a lavender matcha latte instead of the requested lavender latte. Additionally, online orders may not be honored early in the morning, as the restaurant is sometimes not open at 5 am, so customers should be careful ordering online early.
