I simply asked a girl if anymore Holiday cups would be coming out before Christmas and she ignored me, when I asked again she basically yelled at me saying, "what's up there is what we have, ok!? I'm really busy as you can see." And then proceeded to turn her back to me. I know it's albuquerque but that's the first time I've been treated like this in a starbucks. She had glasses, light brown hair in a pony tail, working the mobile orders around 8:25am. Did not catch her name. But she definitely ruined my experience this morning. I'll start going to a local establishment where they care about customer service.

Very upset with the experience I had at this location, I got a pumpkin spice latte and was told that this is considered a VENTI but when I took out the whipped cream out of the cup this is the coffee that was in my VENTI cup. I went in to ask if this is what they considered a VENTI very politely and was told rudely yes. Other locations fill my cup to what I have paid for.

The take out service was sloooow. People inside were pacing while the drivethrough window was getting quick service.
They were out of everything and they waited just long enough to tell me they were out of everything until I had to sit in the drive-through like I’m waiting to get a coffee, but I’m not getting anything because they have nothing. They’re out of everything. They should just take the fall stuff off the menu.

From the second that I walked in it was great service. I don’t usually write reviews but the service here was so great that I felt that I needed to. Big shout out to employee “Josue” had a great smile with a positive attitude. I was able to tell he really enjoyed his job. Thank you for the great experience!

Best Starbucks we have visited on this 14 state trip! We were broke, down waiting for Discount tire to install a new tire for us. We hadn't had breakfast, so I decided to walk across the parking lot to the starbucks. The girl working the cash register was extremely pleasant and gave us several suggestions on places we could walk to for a sit-down breakfast. We did have two hours to kill after all. We tried out one of her recommendations and it was absolutely amazing. She even looked on her own phone to make sure it was open. Thanks for the delicious coffee and the great advice!
