The staff are very nice, but under NO circumstances should they be letting customers sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes, and taking an additional 8 to make an iced tea and a coffee, and I regularly double my commute time because I'm too lazy to make my own coffee.
This is, by far, the least efficient Starbucks I have frequented.
With that in mind, they never mess up my order, although my colds are often cool and my hots are often warm by the time I get them.
Hopefully they add more skilled individuals during rush hours for day & night shift workers.

I simply asked a girl if anymore Holiday cups would be coming out before Christmas and she ignored me, when I asked again she basically yelled at me saying, "what's up there is what we have, ok!? I'm really busy as you can see." And then proceeded to turn her back to me. I know it's albuquerque but that's the first time I've been treated like this in a starbucks. She had glasses, light brown hair in a pony tail, working the mobile orders around 8:25am. Did not catch her name. But she definitely ruined my experience this morning. I'll start going to a local establishment where they care about customer service.

Very upset with the experience I had at this location, I got a pumpkin spice latte and was told that this is considered a VENTI but when I took out the whipped cream out of the cup this is the coffee that was in my VENTI cup. I went in to ask if this is what they considered a VENTI very politely and was told rudely yes. Other locations fill my cup to what I have paid for.
