This Starbucks at 1720 Unser was completely unacceptable. The café was filthy — every available table was covered in crumbs and sticky residue. When I asked if a table could be cleaned, the staff handed me a wipe and told me to clean it myself. The wipe didn’t even work.
I had just paid and tipped, only to be expected to clean my own table. That’s absurd. I walked out and will never return to this location. If Starbucks is going to charge premium prices, the very least they can do is maintain a clean environment for their customers.

I don’t wanna leave this review, because it’s such a chill vibey shop, and staff are super friendly, and it’s my preferred Starbucks nearest me.
Please don’t ruin the vibes and overcrowd it! Unless I’m not there lol

The staff are very nice, but under NO circumstances should they be letting customers sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes, and taking an additional 8 to make an iced tea and a coffee, and I regularly double my commute time because I'm too lazy to make my own coffee.
This is, by far, the least efficient Starbucks I have frequented.
With that in mind, they never mess up my order, although my colds are often cool and my hots are often warm by the time I get them.
Hopefully they add more skilled individuals during rush hours for day & night shift workers.
