My recent experience at Starbucks left much to be desired. Despite a lengthy wait, the service was disappointing. The interaction with the young, slender lady who took my order lacked friendliness and attention to detail. I requested a latte and a banana loaf, yet my name wasn't noted, and the overall customer service fell short.The wait for my order seemed interminable, and when the barista vaguely called out "latte," I assumed it was mine. Unfortunately, another customer took it before it became apparent that it wasn't my order. It was disconcerting to think my drink might have been touched by someone else.Moreover, the lack of response or acknowledgment from the Starbucks staff added to the discomfort. I decided to leave my order untouched as a sign of my dissatisfaction. For the amount charged for their products, the customer service provided was either nonexistent or bordered on being negative, which is frustrating.I hope Starbucks takes heed of these concerns to improve their service quality and attention to customer satisfaction.

No drink carriers, no stoppers, and a mere I am sorry I don’t know what to tell you - Please tell me how am I supposed to hold 6 hot drinks and drive? Sadly, after I questioned how was I supposed to pull off this miracle they had drink holders and stoppers! And honestly ordering anything after the day shift has left tastes horrible. The London Fog I ordered was stale and tasted horrendous. Going to any other location is an inconvenience but the service and anything I order is 100 times better so that inconvenience is worth it. You would think I would learn!!

Yes this Starbucks is my neighborhood Starbucks but it used to be good I don't know if it's because of colbeh can't get good help that's just not as good anymore the service the items in the service I like to go there to buy gift cards a lot of times they don't have different types of gift cards like thank-you gift cards happy birthday gift cards anyway they never have bags I buy coffee cups and thermoses and always ask to have a bag put into it a lot of times I'm giving it away as a gift anyway just find a real disappointing because I really like StarbucksParking: There parking is okay

Worse starbucks experience ever. It took us about 20mins to get through the drive thru, absolutely ridiculous. Then we get to the window and get charged $28 for 3 coffees. The guy rang us up for the wrong order. On top of the 20mins we now had to wait for the transaction to be refunded and the order fixed. I wouldn't return to this starbucks ever.
