The whole point of a Starbucks is to sit and visit to meet. I get that the homeless people try to go in but that is when you need different employees that deal with all kinds of people from all different walks of life. No chairs to sip my ten dollar coffee...
I frequent Starbucks pretty regularly and I’m used to a pretty high level of service. Went to the drive-through this morning and was greeted with a very What Do You Want type of greeting. Just made the whole experience a little different scene that most locations are very welcoming and have a very welcoming tone.
The service was outstanding and quick. The coffee as always is good. I went inside to sit down and enjoy coffee and relax. This Starbucks has no chairs inside. This is a coffee shop. I am a older man and disabled and just wanted to relax and drink some coffee, I do not like the way Starbucks is changing.
