Well, I want to thank Kaitlyn for being so nice I believe I order a Masha at the wrong location and without questions she ended up doing my order, so I just want to thank Kaitlyn for being so kind
I usually go through the drive-through, so I can't speak to the inside of the store, but I can say the staff at this location are wonderful! I always get the correct order, and it tastes awesome!

I love Starbucks. I visit them frequently all over the city and country and spend more money here than any other food establishment. Their customer service is genuinely great. The evening shift on Thursday 3/28/24 is unwelcoming and rude. They made me feel like I was a burden for ordering. They were also rude to other customers. I heard them making fun of another customer. I know its kinda a rough area, but the staff should at least attempt to feign customer service and positivity....read full review
